I am skeptical of fit and quality as with many things on Amazon. These are well-fitted, not narrow at the leg opening but certainly NOT BAGGY and looking like a mini-skirt! Will start to wear them for daily use and they are good at the gym with the zippered pockets to hold my phone and BONUS BACK ZIPPERED Zipper seems ok quality as is the material and construction but jury out as materials are lighter weight than other Haimont brand here on Amazon. I've purchased workout shorts from all the top brands (Hylete, Barbell Apparel, LuLulemon, etc.) for way more than the cost of these shorts and find the comfort of these shorts far superior. They are so light weight and don't bind anywhere. I wear a size 30-31 in pants/shorts, so I purchased medium (with zippers). They are just a bit snug around the waist, but not too tight, hence the 4 stars on comfort. I'm assuming the waist will stretch a bit with wear. The size chart for this product is very inaccurate, so size up. I work out a lot and have decent quads, but there is plenty of room in these shorts. They are short--5 inches--which makes them very comfortable for leg days at the gym. I've not seen a vendor offer zipper/non-zipper options which is nice. I prefer zippers for security purposes so items don't fall out of your pockets. The zippered pocket in the back is a nice touch as well. Light and quick drying material. No chaffing banana hammock. Side Pockets are a good depth for a house key but there is also the inner waist pocket. I’m 5’6” 168lbs pants waist varies from 32-33. The recommendation was for small but I got medium and I think the fit is great. It wears just fine during runs without tying the draw string.
