I got this to replace my existing 1 RPM, .41 Amp auger motor on my old Whitfield Advantage III (or perhaps it's an Advantage II-T) pellet stove. It was a VERY easy install that I tried to complicate by taking all of the pellets out of the stove only to realize I didn't need to. It works great and is VERY silent compared to my old motor that made a huge racket every time it spun. It's actually a little unnerving because it's so silent I think it isn't working, but yet I keep checking it and it's spinning exactly like it's supposed to. Strange having a part that actually works like it is intended to. Highly recommend!

Works as advertised and at a great price point. My Kozi Model 100xl is now 16 years old and the auger motor finally gave up the ghost. Found this motor from Midwest Hearth and couldn’t be happier and just in time for the really cold weather coming in over Xmas here in PA. This was a replacement for my Avalon Arbor stove - it was a direct replacement, and works fine. It makes a different sound than the previous motor, but they all seem to make some noise - not objectionable. The unit I replaced had hard-wired leads on it - this one does not have any external wire leads - I added a couple of crimp connectors and reused the old wiring. Pleased with prompt shipping, and appears to be a quality product.

The auger on my Whitfield pellet stove finaly gave out after 40+ years 😭. I got this one for about 80+change and installed on my stove. Damm no buzzing or humming just slince and pullets falling making fire😍. The quality of this AMERICAN made motor shows we still have it. The thing that I like about this auger motor is you can change the direction of the auger to acomadate other stoves like my loper. I did tear apart to see what it look like in side and add a little more high temp grease. Good gears quilty in side too. The way it was built I should get another 40+ year off my Whitfield advantage II. You cant go wrong buying the auger motor. If it looks like yours on any brand of stove clock wise or conter clock wise movment it will work. You'll be happy like me.

Motor was a direct fit and the rotation was correct out of the box. Basically a "plug and play".

The picture looked like the shaft had the flat spot for the set screw but the camera angle could have been better. This is a perfect match for the original on my 1991 Austroflamm Integra that finally died in January 2024 after pushing well over fifty tons of pellets. It is every bit as quiet as the original one and the price was very reasonable.
