    • Lasted a week before giving me problems
I purchased a Mac Book Pro for almost 600 and it lasted a week before it started to give me problems. At first the battery would only last for an hour, now I can't even take it off the charger. The computer randomly over heats and shuts off. Every day there some new problem. I contacted the company to send me a replacement but they told me that my only option is to return it. The problem is that I am a student and cannot be without a computer. Now I have to search for a different computer, wait for it to come and transfer all my information again which is a big headache because of all the software I use.     • Good MacBook. Worth the money
Finaly got it after FEDEX snafu. Kudos to Chrome Source for being on top of the situation. MacBook is clean, looks and works like new. Keyboard work fine. For a refurbished system, few scratches. My first MacBook, will definetely buy another.

    • Did not meet the standard as I expected
This Macbook was not as they described in the listing. It said it was new at the top then it said lower down that it was renewed. Very decieving. It had gouges and deep digs into the top of the body that was clearly visible from across the room that it had fallen on concrete somewhere. It was across the top back portion of the screen. The seller lied in his description. The only reason we did not send it back was because it was needed fo school immediately and got my niece a cover to hide the deep gouges. I paid $1,100 for the unit because it had the spec I was looking for but knew it was too high. It was on tax free weekend so they increased the price. Now the unit is several hundred dollars cheaper. I am not happy with the unit nor the purchase and Will return for a refund and purchase else where. ... show more

For folks who want to send emails stream and surf the net, this is a great machine for a great price. Did not keep it because not enough memory (8gb) and processor was much to slow for running Adobe LR and Photoshop.

Used this laptop as my primary personal computer for the last year or so and it has worked great. I like the intel processor because I can boot up in windows mode for free if I want. The new Apple silicon MacBooks require a subscription service to run Parallels
