Finaly got it after FEDEX snafu. Kudos to Chrome Source for being on top of the situation. MacBook is clean, looks and works like new. Keyboard work fine. For a refurbished system, few scratches. My first MacBook, will definetely buy another.

Hello All from the Midwest; I read a lot reviews, sadly after ordering a Renewed laptop from Prime Mobility. I noticed a lot of the not-native-United States reviews were bad. So, I am not sure if the location in where you live (especially outside the United Sates) affects their ability and stock in which laptops they can ship, so please keep that in mind. But Let me say, I received my laptop today the Macbook Pro i7, 16gb RAM, and 1Terabyte SSD. The laptop had one or two half inch 'scratches' on the top of the computer (reverse side of the screen) but they're essentially not even noticeable unless you're looking very closely. No damage to any other part of the computer. It was what I expected and hoped for and I would like to say I am very pleased. I downloaded a temperature and fan speed detector and everything appears to be running within normal limits at the correct temperatures. The charger and chord are what I assume to be a cheaper amazon brand charger/chord. They do not supply a nice large box that normally would come with a mac. The chord is probably 6ft. There is no original Apple Packaging. But everything is above what I expected. I am beyond thrilled and satisfied. I would hope everyone takes the time to read the reviews and possibly pull-the-trigger on this deal. I think if you luck out like me it is very worth it. ... show more

at first, it seems OK but after I updated the MacBook, the computer started making a clanking noise so I did put in a return which they did grant me a return but now I’m waiting for them to send me a new MacBook

    • Lasted a week before giving me problems
I purchased a Mac Book Pro for almost 600 and it lasted a week before it started to give me problems. At first the battery would only last for an hour, now I can't even take it off the charger. The computer randomly over heats and shuts off. Every day there some new problem. I contacted the company to send me a replacement but they told me that my only option is to return it. The problem is that I am a student and cannot be without a computer. Now I have to search for a different computer, wait for it to come and transfer all my information again which is a big headache because of all the software I use. Since it’s been used before, there was a scratch on the cover of the laptop, but over it looks super new. Very noticeable scratches are on the charger itself but that doesn’t matter much at all really. I’m happy with the purchase and can now put my other laptop to peace which I’ll still use until it craps out. ... show more
