i personally would not recommend buying this product, when i got mine i was super excited to set it up and use it i’ve always wanted a macbook, it kept showing me a screen about installing a disk and whenever i’d try to install said disk it would not let me. i let my neighbor that works on computers and builds them try to fix it for over 24 hours he could not figure it out either the thing just did not work or was not wiped properly. ... show more

The spacebar on my 2019 Macbook Air could not be repaired so I was looking at a $300-$400 repair bill to replace the entire keyboard. Instead, I purchased a refurbished MacBook Pro with double the RAM and double the memory. It works great. My Macbook Air has 8 GB of RAM but it is simply not enough so I needed an upgrade anyway. The only problem I had was that it came 6 days early when I was not home. FedEx does NOT tell you when they are coming and their phone number only gives a canned message with the inability to speak to a live person. A few issues: - the product has a decal/sticker on the surface, which was not mentioned in the product description - so, why it needs to be sticked the decal? - There are numerous scratches on the item as well. The keyboard has letter T brighter than other ones, it means it could be an issue or fixed/replaced with this key although it is functioning properly. The battery charges, but its performance is poor. It drops to 50% quickly and then shuts down suddenly, suggesting a potential battery health issue. ... show more
