The first one I ordered was in perfect condition which it should’ve been because i selected one in “Excellent condition” upon turning it on and charging it that was not the case ! Charge would not last ! It jumped from 5% to 25% up to 60% then back down to 1% right as I’m looking at it . So I waited did all the trouble shooting even made an Appointment with the tech store and took it in they looked at it and let me know the battery had to be replaced and I would have to pay for it ! I knew something was wrong ! Got in touch with seller and was told the item was shipped and processed through Amazon warehouse so they had to handle it which I guess was understandable.! what I didn’t like was instead of them sending me a replacement ! I had to repurchase a new one from seller and Amazon had still not credited me back for the first order ! So im still waiting on my refund and they have the 1st laptop back already not sure why they won’t release my funds ! I would advised paying for the 2 yr protection after this happened when I ordered the 2nd time I for sure added it but I am happy and pleased with the 2nd MacBook I was sent I will update in about 2 months … update Laptop is still great i love it and battery is awesome i had to admit as of now i don't use it very often but everytime i do its great and battery ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I have no complaints! (For now) For less than $200, I’d say this computer was a good buy. Mines came as described, excellent condition, was packaged securely and nicely. I have not one scratch or dent on mine. I used ChatGPT to give me a check list of things to check for on a refurbished computer. This laptop passed all tests, the only thing I’d say is that when I checked the battery health, there is a message saying service battery, I will keep my eye out on that, but so far, no issues with the battery and it has a great battery life. This laptop did not come with iMovie, and since it’s older, I had a hard time finding an iMovie that would be compatible for download, but ChatGPT helped me with that too. The key board works perfectly, I checked every key. So for now, I recommend purchasing, but everyone will have a different experience. ... show more

Works great! My only issue is the charger, sometimes it works and other times it doesn’t. The charger also gets extremely hot to the touch, I’ve burned myself on it. Excellent condition I’m definitely purchasing again although I had purchased one a few weeks earlier with very minor noticeable scratches and a few dings nothing I was too concerned with the second one I got was damaged on all corners and had like a school bar code sticker it didn’t look well kept so I sent it back not only that it had a missing charger. I love this one. Came in a way better packaging it actually said Amazon prime on the shipping box and the wrapping inside the box was so professional. So first and foremost this is a great seller. The Mac 2017 air is great still even 2025! Yes it has a bit of wear and tear but it works. Come on guys it’s from 2017 to have very little noticeable wear is expected. The battery on the laptop still works great gives me 8 hrs of battery before charge and this if I use for 8hrs otherwise goes for 16hrs.
