I bought this for my wife and I so we can play the games we played together as a kid again. I got the Xbox in and it’s HORRIBLY shipped, just slightly covered with very little bubble wrap and thrown into the box. We hook it up about 3 days later after we got the game we ordered in and the power cord doesn’t work. “Oh well…” I thought to myself. “I’ll contact them and tell them the cord doesn’t work.” I finally get a hold of someone after nearly 45 minutes and they tell me they’re not replacing the cord. Very irritating but I get over this relatively quickly. I ordered a new cord and that one doesn’t work. I ordered ANOTHER new cord and that doesn’t work either. This is where it starts to get very frustrating. I finally give up and take it to a store that specializes in fixing consoles, specifically older consoles. They tell me that this Xbox is fried and it’ll never work and I wasted my money. I bring it back home to contact the seller for a refund, denied. They cannot refund it. They have done nothing for me for this after I spent all of this money for a console that isn’t even worth this much, but I figured I’d be able to trust a certified seller more than Facebook market place seller, WRONG!! DO NOT PURCHASE THIS ITEM!!!! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR SATISFACTION THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY!!! ... show more

    • Disc Tray Not Functional - Games run fine
Product came as described - Xbox seemed to be in good condition (power cord and hdmi included) - controller was in good condition as well. No batteries included for the controller. However, was disappointed to find out that upon set up, the disc tray is not functional when pressing the applicable buttons and have to use a paper clip to manually eject and insert discs which is tedious and not ideal, but not the end of the world. I ordered this Xbox 360 to replace the one I currently had. Product arrived as described and works great. It came with all the necessary power and cords as well as a controller. The company took great care in packaging it for delivery as all parts were wrapped in bubble wrap.

    • Waste of time
I was hopeful in spite of a lot of negative reviews. The console powered up fin but wouldn’t connect to the controller. I even brought out my original controller from my white xbox360 and it wouldn’t connect either. Just a waste of time.
