Nope. This thing showed up looking straight-up brand new. Not only that, but it came bundled with the charger, ,Type Cover and the Surface Slim Pen, which honestly made this feel like a steal. Everything worked right out of the box, no weird setup issues, no surprises—just clean, ready-to-go hardware. And to top it off, it even arrived a day early. That never happens when you actually want something on time. I think the battery is a little more worn out than the minimum 80% advertised but that could also be the way I am using it and software that’s running. The media could not be loaded. The both came with keyboards and slim pens OMG THEY ARE PERFECT SO NICE. Great quality love the screen size nice WiFi connection very nice weight not to heavy, easy to use and set up.
