Bought this reconditiomed Surface Pro 7 plus as a replacement for an old Surface Pro 4 that I use as my laptop when traveling. The description was that it was in excellent condition and I would agree that condition. There are a few scratches on the back but nothing that affects use. The screen is in perfect shape - no cracks or scratches. Bought the i5 version because it.s fanless which helps when traveling. Surface Pro 7 plus also the first Surface Pro model that allows you to easily replace the hard drive and I replaced the 128gb SSD with a 512gb SSD from an older broken laptop (if doing, just make sure you buy or have one that will fit). Wish it had more ram and it's old enough that I wouldn't want it as my every day PC, but it's great for the purpose I bought it ... show more

Wish I could give 0 stars. This unit was DEECTIVE and I wasted several days and a lot of time trying to make it work. It had a defective partition with only 64 GB of accessible memory instead of 128 GB as advertised. Tech support very slow in answering and led me through a couple of rabbit holes before telling me to return it for refund since they COULD NOT HELP me to fix, (although later I found in YouTube how they could have advised me on repartitioning the drive) It also malfunctioned when resetting the unit to erase my personal data, wasting some more hours .Shouldn't have expected any better from a discounted refurbished unit. I bought a new one fro a different vendor. STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED!! ... show more

I think it’s a pretty good price to pay only 300 dollars for a surface pro 7+. But It came with some weird charger that isn’t Microsoft so that sucks. But I had an extra one. Also it had been taken off safe boot so it showed an ugly red lock on the screen every time I booted up. But just went and fixed that. Also. It came with 69 gigs of disk space unallocated. And at first I was ecstatic with the purchase and everything seemed good. It needed to be fully updated. When I went to use the cameras it was as if they were physically removed. It does not see them. I've uninstalled the drivers and reinstalled them, used troubleshooting and everything else that I couldnfind on the web to solve this issue. Nothing worked, neither the front camera or the rear camera could be seen by the operating system. I would have thought that they would have checked this thoroughly to make sure everything worked prior to sending it out, especially since I bought one that was supposed to be in "excellent" condition.
