Product was broken. It did not work. It said I had to update and the update did not upload. I tired 14 times. It still did not work. I called Microsoft and did was not able to get the support to make it work. I wasted so much time and it still did not work.

The description was accurate and the computer arrived early than stated which is excellent in my opinion. I did teach out to ask a question and recieved excellent customer service with quick reply and my question was answered. Highly recommend.

Just as a FYI, this does not come with a keyboard. Didn't realize this until we opened it and then we were unable to return it (according to the return protocol). So now an additional purchase. Our fault for not reading the fine print under the photo of the computer. Nice thing is the price has dropped - of course after we purchased it!! Very annoying. ... show more

I could not use it for more than about 15 minutes, without it giving a Blue Screen of Death. I would restart twice, get a few more minutes of use and the same thing. I contacted Microsoft support, the walked me through how to do a clean image and start it new from scratch, I got almost 20 minutes use out of it before it started crashing again, then it was back to 13 to 15 minutes and crash again. Microsoft is who recommended returning. I wanted a replacement, they did not have any available with the same config. I bought a Pro 6 and have not had one crash. ... show more
