This is the best money I ever spent on a laptop. It’s nothing that it can’t do when it comes to content. It has a great camera, volume that will light up the whole house, beautiful screen, touchscreen, you can go on and on. I paid $2500 for another laptop and this one runs laps around it.

The media could not be loaded. The battery is dead. X the lap top didn’t come charged and so I assume the laptop has been sitting uncharged for a while which isn’t good for batteries. Update: The Amazon Renewed program is a scam. BEWARE. Trying to Return the product has been the biggest hassle. They do not warn you that the 48hrs to receive a mailing label restarts every time you try to send the seller a request to send a mailing label. I have been given the run around, I will never order another renewed product from Amazon again. **update #2 the seller Prime Cellution is constantly trying to assure me the laptop works. If it was working I would not be trying to return it. They have twice tried to avoid sending me a prepaid label d tried to suggest it was the charger. If only they would look at the video I posted for this review they would know it does not work. When the laptop was shipped it didn’t even have a fragile label on the box. Whoops knows how rough UPS was when delivering the package. Maybe so it was working in their shop but it was not working when I received it. This has been a nightmare and now I’m another week out without a laptop. ... show more

I don’t know what kind of charger came with the computer, but that thing feels like it’s going to catch on fire so I stopped using it. I am currently using a three part charger for Microsoft it works better and it’s less heat(but it still heats up, that’s normal) value of money, speed, and appearance are good. Though I wish there were cases for this laptop to style it I like orange you know not gray. Regardless, it’s a good computer and it’s worth that price. Overall, the product looks brand new upon arrival and performs well. However, after a year of use, the frequent overheating without an apparent reason has become frustrating, and the side ventilation placement is not ideal.

It arrived in perfect condition, no visible scratches, worked flawlessly. So far everything has been great. However I'm removing a star because I recieved a 65watt charger which is the one you get for the i5 model with iris graphics. The laptop gives the error that the charger is incorrect and charging slow because the one for this model is meant to be the 127watt charger. I'm sure it was an honest mistake and I can just get another charger, especially with how much of a good value this laptop is. Just something to look out for. ... show more
