Top Amazon Reviews

  • Masterpiece Product
The media could not be loaded. It's quality beyond the price, everything is great!!! I was so impressed when I got this. It is lightest laptop I have ever seen, it's only 1.2 kg and fits into any pack bag. I could carry it wherever I want, much more carryable than I thought. It's 100% PREMIUM laptop when I hold it, even the plastic bottom made me feel there is no difference. Screentouch are outstanding, clear and fast response. Keyboard is my favourite part, feel really good when I type. The i5 Processor is fast, no lagging, bugging when you do your work. Running Fast, like a small beast. The con: It is easy to get hot and battery life does not pass my standard, I would recommend using the better saver mode and carry a Type-c power blank(output 2.6A 39W) The last but not least, Its' put by an Amazonrenew box, not an official Microsoft box..... ... show more

  • Great BUDGET Laptop
Honestly, with the reviews that I had seen about this machine, I didn't have high hopes. I was expecting another cheap laptop that goes to 100% CPU usage every time that you even open the OS, but I was wrong! The quality that was put into this can be felt the second you touch the metal chassis! The screen, although it is glossy which makes it hard to view in the sunlight, is very bright and has an amazing resolution for something at this price-point. The laptop itself is rather quick when it responds to commands as well, not to mention it has a fully functional touch screen on it! The fans can ramp up so it isn't the most quiet experience, but at this price range that hardly matters. The keys on the keyboard are fairly springy and have a nice short travel time to them. Overall I would rate this laptop a 10/10 for blowing everything else in its price range out of the water! I do recommend an external storage device for those who will be saving pictures, programs, etc. on it. It seems perfect for the user who will be using it for light work such as web browsing, word-processing and general lightweight programs. You definitely won't be gaming on this, especially if you want to extend its lifespan. I'll add battery life in my next review as I have basically just taken it out of the box and am writing this review on it right now! ... show more

  • Pretty good computer for school
I bought this computer to replace my old school computer. It's not bad actually and it works pretty well. It hasn't crashed at all of buffed too much but occasionally, the edge of the screen will turn super weird like in the 2nd pic. The battery life is really iffy. During my school day it would last maybe 5.5 hours then I would need to plug it in but I am not in school anymore so now it lasts all through the night!(maybe I just had too many tabs open lol). I would 100% recommend getting a case for it though because when I first got the computer, my lip liner was on my desk and it stained it and it won't come out. The touch screen works really well too! I would not get this if you also want to play games on this. I tried to play my sims game on here and it kept crashing and it got super loud. Last thing; one thing that I really don't like is the charger. It is magnetic and falls out kind easily. Since it's magnetic it kind of has to be at a certain angle for it to stay plugged in and you can't move it around too much otherwise the cable will fall out. ... show more

  • Runs perfectly well for everything I need
It’s on the smaller end physically but very nice. Lightweight and runs fast. I use it when I work from home.

  • great purchase! very nice :)
i was a bit nervous to buy a laptop off amazon and some of the reviews made me a bit hesitant but i’m glad i did, came within a week (i did free shipping, no prime) and was packaged very nicely and came with a little instructions pamphlet! touch screen, speaker, camera, everything works amazing and very high quality for a cheaper laptop! camera isn’t the best quality but you can always buy a better webcam! even had bluetooth as well! great laptop for something small! :) ... show more

  • PLEASE DONT BUY
Where can I even begin. First of all I am a nursing student so time is of essence, this laptop is so DAMN SLOW. It LAGS so much. All I have open is my portal for my school, word document, and teams. ITS NO REASON WHY ITS LAGGING THIS BAD. I literally had to lose my math assignment that had to be typed up. The computer froze and now my assignment is gone. Do you know how fustrating it is to type up a written assignment for math and to lose it right after. All of that wasted time could have went to something else, and I’m tired of this thing always dying. I spend majority of my time with it sitting in my thighs and plugged into an outlet and it gets HOT. So not only is it slow but it doesn’t even hold a decent charge. I know you get what you pay for but damn I’ve seen some DECENT quality for items of the same price. Please listen when I say it’s not worth it. You’re better off going on back market and getting a used laptop, because now I’m thinking about doing that. Also if you like listening to music on here, don’t get your hopes up. Sound is trash. Sounds like those really crappy headphones from dollar tree. If anything save what you were going to spend on this and buy something better than this. I see why people splurge on better quality laptops, that way money that was wasted on this garbage is spent better elsewhere. All those comments saying it’s decent if you in school is sugar coating. If you like losing assignments, bad sound quality, horrible charge, and a hot a** laptop that’s burning your thighs than be my guest 😐 never have I felt this entitled to leaving a review. 0/5 stars even though it’s a 1 star 🙄 ... show more

  • Cursor problem
It’s a good price for a lightweight laptop (although you need to pay more if you want access to Microsoft Word and Excel) and it runs well but there’s a significant problem. The cursor is very overly sensitive — to the point that if it just brushes on an ad it opens a new page to the ad or touches a tab the wrong way (to the computer) it will close the tab or break it out into a new window. You might reconsider the advice to hover over a suspicious email link to make sure it’s legit. It’s annoying and a big enough hindrance that had I known, I probably would have looked for a different computer or saved more for another MacBook. I’ve slowed the cursor speed and the touchpad sensitivity to little avail. I’d gladly upgrade my rating if someone offers an effective fix for this issue. ... show more
