Takes way more than others

I ran out of General Hydroponic ph buffer so I grabbed this because it was a quart. Took way more to correct ph and the ph did not stay where I put it. May work for you but didn’t for me I ended up Buying a gallon of Gh.

PH Up or PH Down?
Size: 32 Ounce
Tried adding this to 2 gallons of water. Tested it on several areas writing the now and after changes. All the spots treated had the soil do down in PH. Some are so low that it registers low on my Ph meter with no value. Was this bottle mislabeled? As of now, I would not recommend it. I have gone through the whole bottle and none of the Ph levels went up.

Mix of Sodium Hydroxide and water. Simply Drano and water. Sodium is not a good thing to be adding to a hydroponic mix.
