I got this in September. It works. I have thin, brittle fine hair, and once I had a kid and covid and damn near went bald, this bounced my hair back. I have to get a fill on my nails every two weeks instead of a month. There’s no taste. I took it along with a folic acid supplement, and my hair is at least 80% thicker and it’s grown 3in (my hair grows slow) 4 months and my hair is shinier and thicker and easier to style. You have to keep them in a cool environment or they will melt. For 4 years I’ve done it all to heal my hair and nails and skin too, and this actually works, even if it takes longer and it’s not a get mermaid hair quick fix, I love it. No side affects, you get an entire years worth in one bag. Don’t leave it outside too long, they’ll stick together, the first month I took one at night and for the last 3 months I take 2 at night. It worked for me when I didn’t think anything would. But it and try it. It’s worth it!
