Assuming no other parts have been changed on the combination, no pushrod length change is needed to install Delphi LS7 lifters in your LS based engine. Which way should the oil hole be facing when installed? It does not matter which way the oil hole is facing on LS engines, the lifters can be installed in either direction. What is the break-in procedure for Delphi LS7 Lifters? No break-in is necessary for hydraulic roller lifters and camshafts.
