Don’t buy this watch. Have it to my GF for Christmas. She has only worn it 3 times out to dinner and already lost a stone. Contacted the Manufacturer and they told me it’s not covered under warranty. So basically they sell you a watch where the stones are not set in it properly and it’s up to you to pay and fix. Will not buy another MK watch as the quality and customer service sucks. ... show more

Do not purchase this watch , my 1st time today wearing this watch one stone has already fallen out! If one falls out more are soon to follow. I contact customer service for a partial refund and that's turned into a hassle. I've already had my jeweller take 2 links out so the watch would fit properly and now need to see if it's possible to replace the stone/s. ... show more

The watch it’s self was stunning, beautiful & Very much REAL micheal kors, and it was packaged perfect like they have in store! The only issue was that after 2 days of owning it i have to return it because of calibration & malfunctioning issues with the watch it’s self. 1 repair shops mentioned to me about something looking off but the shop i took it in was only to get it resized because i needed it smaller, and figured they were just needing some extra cash trying to fix a “fake problem”. The second time i took it some where else because i realized my stop watch wasn’t working properly, the date wasn’t changing, and the hour minute marker (above the actual number 12 and so on) was misaligned and something i didn’t notice it till Saturday night. But i figured it was something that was easily fixable. After taking it in on Sunday to a totally different repair shop they suggested to return the item because in long term it would cost more to fix and that it was something they didn’t want to mess with Incase it caused more damage. So sadly as much as i love this watch i am returning it for a full refund, i didn’t give a 0-2 star rating because the watch came perfectly packaged, brand new with tags, and with original micheal kors box & it was real for a lot of people who are wondering, it was just my luck to get a bad one. So in love with my new watch!! So pretty, not to big or heavy! I couldn't believe I only paid $160 for it! When I bought it I decided I would take it to a MK retailer and if it was fake return it. But nope the girl there was so jealous I got it for so cheap! I needed extra links so I was going to pay for them, but I was given a phone number to the MK manufacturer, and they are sending me the links for free! Feels cheap. The metal back is completely smaller than the other watch of the small exact style that I already have. Band is slightly off, the face is all one level and the 3 stopwatch clock sits on the same level and not lower than the rest of the face. There were random seams on the watch that the real one doesn't have. I could go on and on. Amazon should be ashamed of themselves for sending me this.
