After trying to choose the monitor that looked most appealing and was the best value in this price range, I was very satisfied when I received this unit. It came with both an adapter and the batteries necessary for operation. The display is large and bright. The audio is clear and loud, though I've turned it off for now, as I don't require it. My only caveat is the cuff design isn't perfect, and it's the standard for most of these devices. My bicep and tricep muscles are not as large as they become when I'm lifting weights often, but having a muscular/curved arm causes the cuff to fit strangely and sometimes it slides along the metal bar, unevenly. It still produces a reading and sometimes the indicator reads "ok" even though the inflated cuff has skewed crooked and compressed along the metal bar. I noticed this early on and try to adjust it to keep it even, but take care if your upper arm has some convexity/ curve/ bulge to it, so you get close to accurate readings. I'm just monitoring to make sure my pressure trends downward, so it's great for this purpose, at a great price.

It is easy to use, except for finding the directions on how to turn off the voice — hold the on-off button down for four second and you can choose a language or turn it off. As to accuracy, I have only had it s day and not checked it against a known cuff. The cuff is smaller than my last monitor, and equally sensitive to correctly placing it over the artery in your elbow. No idea how long it will last yet. Nice legible screen, and the voice could be useful for many of us. The message telling you your numbers and then how they fit in the World Health Organization’s categories can be maybe a little scary and thus elevate the BP even higher! Good product.

The MIBEST Blood Pressure Monitor is very easy to use, once you set the time and date. I liked that it comes with an AC Adapter and batteries, and I like the talking feature, which lets you know when the machine is getting ready to start. I also like how the numbers are big and easy to read. Setting the time and date was a little confusing, but I did get it set. The air tube that connects the machine to the cuff could be a little longer, as it seemed to be quite short and would sometimes fall out of the machine.

When you find a blood pressure cuff that plugs into 110 volts the accuracy is superior to batteries as well as not the hassle of not working at the vary worst time. The easy to read display and voice announcement of your reading is really helpful and in my opinion what makes this unit the best is its price. Cost is a forth of what CVS OR WALGREENS are asking.

Everything is fine with this unit except for two things for me, the setup instruction, and the arm cuff. About the setup, the instruction is all wrong with the side selection button, the setup instruction says "Choose the desired user with M button,(User1) flash on the display" if you do this you will get nowhere but in a loop of selecting the broadcasting languages. The correct setup is to push the (L) button to make (User1) flash to be selected. The second thing that needs fixing is the arm cuff, it has too much Velcro that makes it hard to adjust to fit your arm in. I replace the arm cuff with the one from my old Omran blood pressure machine which has very little Velcro tape to lock it with.

Best BP Monitor I've ever had. Accurate readings, easy to operate. Instructions were in large enough print to read. Everything that other monitors are lacking. Dual-power with batteries and 120 volt plug in power cord. Numbers are easy to read and the voice monitor speaks in English that is understandable. Great gift for old geezers like me. ;)
