I was prepared for a letdown. Items don't always live up to how you picture them in your mind, however this lunch box doesn't disappoint. My 6 yo girlie girl granddaughter is the Bling Queen, and I look for the blingiest gifts for her. She's going to be thrilled! Besides being SUPER blingy, it appears to be sturdy. The only possible drawback is that the bottle holder on the side is pretty slender. This lunch box will hold any size lunch a kid could eat but I purchased it as a tote she can fill with her favorite toys for a visit to Grandma's house.
