It arrived well packaged in a single box. The quick start instructions were easy to follow and assembly was easy for a one person assembly. It found the wifi and downloaded and uploaded information as it should. On the golf course, it tracked slightly to the left. This was quickly corrected as per the instructions. Using it on a course that has many hills, I found that even on hillsides it would track straight. It would also maintain the set speed even when traveling down hill. On some of the steeper uphill slopes, it did slip some as it tilted back on the retractable rear wheel. This was especially true if there was any moisture from dew or rain on the grass. I found that assisting it with a slight push helped here. It did not require any strength to do this, but only a minimal assistance. The functions were easy to use. Saving the round was a bit of a challenge but now that I have it figured out, it has become easier. Battery life after 18 holes on this hilly course was 90% and the remote was 85%. When engaging the drive, it begins on speed "4". I have found that it is comfortable to walk with it at speed "8" to "10". Speed increases are in increments of 2. When in reverse, there is only one speed and it typically does not move in a straight line in reverse but follows the topography. You should use the reverse only in short increments. Overall, I would give this a 10 out of 10 for my satisfaction with the cart. ... show more

    • Cart is nice when everything is working.
Everything they advertise about this electric caddy is true except for problems with the application associated with the cart. This tracks straight with the occasional need for correction. The GPS function is easy to use and very accurate. For the first few rounds I backed up the GPS with a range finder and the Navigator GPS was spot on. Score keeping and stat tracking is nice and easy to use. Had some trouble with the MGI Sureshot app for the phone, but called MGI and they responded within a couple of days. Unfortunately MGI has failed to solve the problem with the APP. Accessories - of course the accessories that come with the cart works just fine and are easy to install. But beware of purchasing the other MGI accessories like the sand bottle, seat and cooler bag. Make sure they're the AI series accessories and not the Zip series. The bundle that's shown on the Amazon MGI Navigator AI GPS+ shows a ZIP seat and cooler bag that doesn't fit the Ai. Lastly, when we went to purchase those accessories from the MGI store, they were "sold out." The MGI Sureshot APP associated with the functionality of the AI portion of cart is flawed. After initially setting up the app and using it for a couple of rounds, was unable to login one day. It's been over two weeks and multiple emails and phone calls to resolve this issue with MGI. None of the suggested work arounds have allowed me to login to the APP. Still waiting on the solution. Have one more week before I'll be forced to return the cart if MGI can't solve the login problem. Very frustrating. ... show more

Now that I have completed a few rounds with my new AI, all I can say is WOW. I noticed right away I have more energy throughout the round, the exercise is great and this cart is really easy to use so I don’t have ANOTHER thing to think about during my round. The GPS screen is easy to use and accurate, the cart is stable and compacts down nicely after my round. Highly recommend this cart! ... show more

Really enjoy the GPS+ unit from MGI. It’s the most stable electric caddy I have ever used and the GPS yardages are dead on. I checked it with my laser just to confirm and they are dead on. Love the features.
