The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because lining up the screws towards the end of the build of each chair was somewhat difficult. That needs improvement. Other than that, these chairs are sturdy, stylish and built well. My husband is building a table with a leftover slab from our countertop island. These chairs will be stunning with it! And although the packing of these chairs were quite exceptional, we did have one come a little dented and the box was too. It happens. The media could not be loaded. I wanted heavier chairs to go with a round outdoor table. These are light enough to move with relative ease but heavy enough to withstand the strong winds we get. They took about an hour to construct. The instructions were straightforward and clear to understand. I was attracted by the simplicity of the design. I bought them without trying them out for comfort and assumed I could buy cushions if needed. I was pleased to find that I do not need cushions. I love my new chairs. ... show more

Assembly on first chair went smoothly. Second chair was another story - pieces (in particular rear of seat to leg) did not align was very difficult and the never were able to get surface flush like first chair. Disappointing.

I like these chairs alot. They are comfy and sturdy. Now you have to have patients putting these chairs together. Nit as easy as I thought it would be but one we got one together they it went by quickly. Thank goodness the sent extra screws because a few of the screws stripped out and had to be replaced. Alittle hard to get together but once all done they are great. I was also kinda disappointed in how short the seat was from front to back....my cushions barely fit but I'm gonna make them work for now. I might have ti get smaller cushions since these chairs are smaller. Overall they are great and made well. We will see how they last. ... show more
