The chairs are nice. The directions are not the best. They provide pictures that's it. Quick assembly one you figure out the pictures. I do like the chairs but wish they were a little wider. Good purchase fits our need.

UPDATE 11/26/2021: The seller made contact and addressed my issue. They were responsive and I am more than satisfied with the response and 'fix' the seller had for my issue. The chairs are fixed and they work as expected, one piece. The fix was very easy and took only a few moments to implement. I appreciate the seller making several contacts to address, update and follow up. Thank you so much! These chairs are OK, the are adequate for a patio and fairly easy to put together. My husband did bth in about an hour with a few tools. The major con is the fact that the bottom is not attached. The chair fit down in the bottom but there is no way to attach it so EVERY time you move the chair you have to do so in TWO actions 1) chair, 2) bottom. I can see this being the reason for scratching and wear and tear over a short period of time. Too much trouble and costly to send back. VERY disappointing....who does that...a patio chair with removable bottom???? ... show more

These chairs are attractive and pretty comfortable. The rocking feature is really small, maybe 1/2 inch. They swivel smoothly without any squeaking. Now for the bad. The instructions are really vague and not very helpful. The included "tools" are worthless. A 1/2 inch nut driver, a T25 torx driver and a pair of pliers will make assembly much easier. The biggest issue I have is on one of the chairs the screw holes do not line up. It appears that the chair is not quite "square". I was only able to get this screw in part way. The seat sags and the screw will likely shear off with any use. ... show more
