This product is not a quick fix to whiten teeth. I'm a coffee drinker. And I mean LOTS OF COFFEE!! So I ordered this product to see how much it will whiten my teeth. The 1st use did result in some removal of staining but not truly whitening of my teeth. So this product must be used as a daily regimen. I brush with my usual toothpaste in the morning & at night I brush again but follow a quick brush with this product. A couple months in & I do see my teeth getting lighter. Update: The product is completely over priced for the amount received. The product tastes so bad I do mix it with my regular toothpaste. I've been using it faithfully 3x a day and as I said previously, have barely changed my teeth. The advertising is way way off. Just another product with fake advertising that I got sucked into. Kudos to the advertising group!👏 I have tried a multitude of "whitening" products. This one did come through on my first use. Now, my teeth didn't turn white white, but, the yellow-aged- coffee stains did lighten up on first use. There is a difference in the color. I ordered this product because the overall reviews are positive. My teeth are stained from years of coffee and tea and they are too sensitive to the cleaning agents from the dentist. The first time I used Meto I noticed a slight brightening result and my teeth felt clean and fresh and no sensitivity at all. Now I am almost done with the first tube my teeth are definitely brighter but maybe just 1-2 shades whiter. I will keep up with the routine and I think the result is slowly coming. My teeth were not that yellow to begin with, so it wasn’t a huge difference for me, but I do think they are a touch whiter. One thing I do not like is that there is no minty fresh breath after using. I am now brushing with this before bed and brushing with my regular toothpaste in the morning. I was very skeptical when I bought this whiting toothpaste. It the rage now online but does it really work. I definitely think it takes a while to work. So, it's not like you put it on and then 2 minutes later your teeth are instantly white. I was surprised how it tasted. It was a bad or gross taste just an odd taste. I wish that it was thinker and more like a paste then runny. (hense the 4-start review) It's hard to brush for 2 minutes like instructed with runny liquid that does not foam up. This product truly does seem to whiten--at least temporarily! I notice a whiter appearance after brushing, but even after daily use, all it takes is a cup of coffee to get the more yellow look back. STill, using it before an event is nice to show up with whiter teeth at any rate. I've only had it a couple of weeks, so not sure what the long term effect is. It's easy to use, but be prepared for a lot of purple drips. My toothbrush is definitely whiter and that is staying whiter! This toothpaste definitely works. Though not as instant as I had hoped, my teath are noticably whiter after just a few weeks, and a number of friends have noticed and wondered how I'm doing it.
