I might have a slight addiction to buying supplements, which I have curbed in 2024. But I have to say out of the silly zillion dollars I've spent on every supplement fad and "cure-all" this multivitamin is honestly one of the few that have actually worked. I can see the difference in my nail strength and hair growth, as well as my energy levels. I truly fear the day if they ever stop making these, because it'll probably be years of expensive trial and error before I find something as effective. Just my experience :)

I bought these based on Gary Brecka’s interviews and take them with a separate TMG pill to get a proper daily dose of TMG (1000-5000 mg). While I didn’t do the genetic testing, I have all the symptoms he mentioned go with the MTHFR gene mutation that prevents you from absorbing folic acid, predominantly fatigue. Day one I noticed a drastic boost in my energy. That night I had vivid dreams (as well as the next few nights). Apparently glycine helps with sleep (and so many other things), and I can corroborate this from my own experience. Day two I had a lot of energy again but also started getting a headache, probably because my body was functioning all of a sudden in ways it was lacking for years. Perhaps my body was able to detox all of a sudden? Headache lasted just for half a day and I’ve never had it again. Been taking this with extra TMG for a month now and it’s been fantastic. Used to need a daily nap… haven’t since taking this. Caffeine jitters are gone. Nails grow much faster now. I sleep less hours but feel more refreshed. Amazing difference! Now I have my family of five on these and will never buy a traditional vitamin again. Wish they were a but more affordable, but considering the difference they make, it’s well worth it. I also get the impression my wife’s mood has been better since taking these along with some other basic supplements like Omegas, and essential amino acids. Highly recommend!

This one is truly the best. It's got all the essentials. I do pair it with vitamin d3+K2 and magnesium/potassium. I feel amazing and my pregnant wife uses them too and swears they are better than her prenatal. Been about 5 years and I still have no plans of trying anything new.

Took Gary Brecka’s advice and started to take a methylated multi and it’s changed my life. My brain fog, constant fatigue, and morning grogginess have all diminished or vanished completely. Pills are easy to swallow, have no taste, and don’t smell (high quality). Instead of buying a cheap regular multi vitamin and urinating it down the toilet why not give this a try and improve how you feel.

After researching gene mutations and the body’s potential limitations in methylating certain vitamins and minerals, I decided to switch from a standard multivitamin to a methylated formula. The results have been noticeable. Within a week, I experienced enhanced energy levels and improved sleep & just an overall better sense of well being, clear signs that this formulation truly works. While I haven’t yet taken a methylation test, my overall well-being has improved significantly, suggesting that my body wasn’t able to fully process nutrients in their standard forms. I recommend this product to anyone who currently takes a multi-vitamin, or anyone who just doesn't have that feeling of well-being daily. It definitely works. ***One caveat here is that this formula is full of vitamin B2 (riboflavin), more than your body really needs, so don't be surprised if your urine is an electric yellow type color for a couple of hours after you take them. Since B2 is water soluble, any excess that your body doesn't need will remove it in your urine***
