Great E-Scooter. I was able to get about 20ish miles going 15 MPH before charging the battery. The duel motors really helps climbing hills around my area. I did have a issue with the rear support arm breaking. Contacted customer support and they got back to me overnight. Replacement parts was sent out and received within a week. This is an awesome scooter. Well built! It's fast! I'm 225lbs and the scooter definitely went up to 25mph as stated. I haven't tested the range, but from riding it on full throttle around the neighborhood for a few days I definitely got at least 16 miles in the first charge.

Mechanical issues and wheel broke right after 30 days. The seller won't refund or replace or offer any customer service assistance. Apparently there is no kind of warranty. I am still waiting to be contacted regarding the warranty.
