In particular the adding and removing of tokens or cards is simple and safe. We had some additional questions regarding a set-up with several acces points and contected their customer service. The instructions are crystal clear. In fact, they are fool proof, if followed exactly. I initially had a problem where I wrapped the unused wire in electrical tape. But the wires shouldn't have been cut smooth so they didn't contact each other. Tech support sent me the solution quickly, in just a few hours. The best part of this is the pre-programmed cards, making it a snap to add and remove new key fobs in 5 seconds, with no codes to type in. This is a great kit with great support. ... show more

    • Failed after 2 Years
The media could not be loaded. Installation was easy. Features worked well. But failed 2 years later. Video shows that vibration (banging) near the keypad allowed the lock to release. Guess we need to try another brand.

Bought this product as a contractor for a business. The box came with no instructions on installation. Finally found instructions online. Followed them and the door wouldn’t release the magnet. The pad even flashed green. Spent hours troubleshooting. Tried to reach out to support and nothing. I am sending the product back. We bought a Schlage system instead. More expensive but easy installation and actually works. Don’t cut corners. This thing is 200 dollars of junk! ... show more
