I had a small problem with the product and the seller assisted me enthusiastically. It was well packed in heavy-duty cardboard, with sturdy binding tape. Everything was labeled clearly, and the packaging protected the pieced from being damaged. I was delighted to see how easy the instructions were to follow. Assembled my cabinet by myself without too much trouble. As for the cabinet, it's super spacious, looks stylish. It's relatively lightweight and can be moved easily. It's also a good size and holds a good amount of my supplies..A good amount of space and the shelves are pretty easy to adjust. The media could not be loaded. So I purchased this metal closet with the intentions of putting it in my room. But after it arrived i did see it was opened and upon inspecting it, i noticed there were multiple places where it got damaged in transit. Keep in mind this was transits fault not the seller. So of course I contacted seller and they helped resolve the issue and I decided that I would set it up outside in my automotive workspace. The package included gloves, all the screws and even the a proper screwdriver. So it included EVERYTHING needed for assembly. I ended up using a drill but I’m happy to have gotten a screw driver and in certain cases it would have been easier to use. The entire process of assembly alone took about 1 hour and a half. Keep in mind that mine did have some areas of damage which delayed me a little because I was forced to bend some stuff back into place. In general the box was backed very nicely and if my package wasn’t ripped open during transit nothing would have gotten damaged. The closet itself is made out of some sheet metal that isn’t thick but isn’t too thin either. When it goes all together it holds up quite nicely. I’m sure for the actual use of keeping clothes in it it’s more than enough. For my use of probably keeping all my detailing stuff I know it will be more than enough. During assembly things did feel flimsy to a certain extent but once it was all together it was very firm and nice. In general the quality was perfect for the price point and for me. Would I recommend this for the price? Definitely 1000% worth it. But keep in mind don’t expect $1000 quality for something under $200. Personally I didn’t need to take that into consideration because it’s actually a pretty great quality. But there are a lot of cheap people who have really high standards for things they pay nothing for. That’s the only reason I felt it was important to mention. Also one last thing, the space inside is pretty big. The dimensions were thankfully all accurate so this closet definitely exceeded my expectations. ... show more
