Customer service is quick to respond and very helpful! This cabinet was pretty easy to assemble. The holes didn't line up on one piece for either of the 2 cabinets I bought, off by about 1/8 an inch. I was able to drill in the sheet metal with the philips bit to enlarge it a bit, not too bad, but I probably shouldn't have to do this. The rest of the install was really easy and it comes together to be very sturdy. The wingnuts inside the cabinet basically collide with the sides, and this is by design so you don't have to hold the wingnuts when tightening the screws. I wish I could purchase some more shelves for the inside, there's a lot of space. ... show more

I bought six of these cabinets with fairly low expectations. However, every one was perfect. Well formed, well finished, and well packaged in styrofoam. Every one arrived in perfect condition. Lower price than Lowe's Kobalt or Gladiator. I am very happy with these cabinets. A couple suggestions, though. Throw away the toy wingnuts. Since the bolts are metric, either buy metric hex nuts or, better yet, get eighteen 1/4-20 by 1/2" round head machine screws and nuts for each cabinet. 1/4" bolts are tight in the holes and keep the box very square. You will need a phillips screwdriver, a 7/16 deep socket, and a 7/16 wrench. (Socket for the cabinet frame bolts and wrench for the two on the back panel.) I drilled some holes through the back edge of the side panels to mount to the wall. The manufacturer suggests mounting through the thin sheet metal back panels, but I didn't like that approach. Overall, I highly recommend this product. I plan to buy some more. ... show more

These metal cabinets were so well packed. No dents or dings and everything bolted together easily. However, because they are going in my garage, I had to drill fastening holes on 16" stud walls. No biggy. But I chose to drill those holes up inside on the top frame instead of the back due to better strength. ... show more
