I think for the money, this is a decent storage cabinet. All steel, reasonably strong, and a twenty minute assembly time. The directions were spot on. I had an older version of this same style in my last home. When I bought this Made in China version, I was a little worried it would be inferior. It wasn’t. It was better than I expected. A little costly, but the shipping was free with Prime. Lastly, the packaging was also better than expected. Your score some useful 1/8” Masonite sections, and metal protectors on the ends that I think will work as shelves to hold 1 quart oil bottles, etc. Cheers! ... show more

Arrived well packed and in good condition. The directions were a little lacking and seemed cheap. Aside from that it was easy to put together and took about an hour. Seems sturdy but it’s not loaded up yet. Bought for garage storage.

The instructions weren't great to say the least. It was a massive pain in the butt to assemble and the screws are bad quality. It ended up warping my screw driver, causing blisters, and metal shards to bury into my hands. It also had many dents all over but I decided most of them seemed cosmetic and I desperately needed this for storage so I pushed forward. Many of the screw holes do not line up because of all the dents, but I managed to squeeze everything together until I got to the final pieces which are the doors. The doors are supposed to sit on hinges that go through small holes on the bottoms of the door, as you can see in the very first photo they were bent up in a triangular shape almost and would not sit flat therefore would not go on the hinge at all. The box arrived severely damaged but had internal packaging so I thought it might be okay initially. But because the external packaging was so damaged is literally unusable to return this item so I'm stuck with it even though it is damaged and I cannot attach the doors. Extremely unhappy with this purchase. Do not purchase this. ... show more

The cabinet is pretty sturdy once put together. Each shelf would not hold up to 150 pounds as stated in product information, but works for what I need. The door did come slightly dented along the edge.
