These were surprisingly wide for my purposes but I should have read the dimensions. I can’t cut and remove a brownie. Or remove a cookie from a pan with a lip without distorting the cookie. The metal is thick and ground to an edge on all sides of the short spatula. The scraper is also ground to an edge along the bottom and there's a handy measurement guide etched on it. The plastic handles seem very sturdy and reliable. The long spatula looks great. I haven't used it yet.
