Everything time I attempt to use, the machine calls for recalibration. The instructions state to use the plastic hoop selection. The product details claim this to be a 180 x 130 hoop. The pack states it is 130 x 180. There is no Pfaff hoop size of 130 x 180. I have not found a way to work around the problem. China claims it is a Pfaff problem. I don't think so. ... show more

My machine does not recognize this hoop and since I’ve never had a 5x7 hoop, I’ve had to use larger hoops to get past the issue and then perform precise placement to move the pattern in the stitching area. Other than that, this is a great hoop, easy to use, super strong magnets (would have liked 2 extra), and raised markings showing the hoop center. ... show more

    • It doesn't work on my Pfaff Creative 4.0
I have the Creative 4.0. I love the idea of the hoop but it doesn't work on my Pfaff. I even paid for the newest software. I didn't use it within the 30 days so I wasn't able to return it.

This is not genuine Viking product. That being said my Viking Diamond Royale recognized the hoop. The magnets are not as powerful as the genuine product so I used the oem magnets from my other hoop
