From delivery to being used was a total of 1.5 hours of my time (that includes taking it out of the box, assembling it, putting it in place, and putting stuff in it). *update* I received an unrequested full refund based on this review. I won't accept the refund because I feel we are getting the value we paid for. I bumped this up a star for their care for their customers. I'm impressed. To be clear: once assembled, it is quite useful and a great value for the price. I recommend this, but I'll keep my review below as is (with an extra star for looking out for their customers). Seems pretty sturdy for the price. It was well packed, arrived in 2 days, on the early side of 2-3 day delivery. Instructions weren't the easiest to follow, but I've seen worse. I don't understand how this could be assembled in 40 minutes. I estimate it took me 3 hours of actual effort, it was 7 hours start to finish which included a first aid stop after I gashed my finger pretty badly. Sadly I forgot to put my gloves back on. It is difficult for a 5+ foot person to assemble. There are many times you need to reach under to drive a screw. If you have a thin power screw driver, you might be able to use it, but I ditched the drill most of the time because the screw spaces are so right, you can barely use the provided small screwdriver. You also need to get comfortable screwing at an angle to start, then straightening up. It seemed to work, but I've never done that before. The provided screw driver wasn't too bad, but even it was a bit big for some of the spaces. There are also some exposed sharp screw heads at the top. Probably a very rare scenario where you'll get cut, but it is possible. I attached a photo. We did get it together, but it wasn't easy. It does look nice and seems sturdy, but I really don't understand the 40 minute assembly claim. I'm not much of a handymab, but I've assembled 20+ pieces of furniture, so I'm not a novice either.

It arrived early and it was really well packaged. It is heavy but it's understandable since it's metal so just a heads up. After opening I checked to see if everything was there but I was missing 15 screws as well as the adjustable legs so I bought some similar screws. The assembling wasn't too difficult for me but some of the spaces where you have to screw were a bit tight. I also had to start at an angle on some areas and straighten it out afterwards from how small the the spacing were. Overall, after building it, I love the closet. It's beautiful, a great size, and very sturdy. It's also very easy to move around when it's built.

The media could not be loaded. The pictures are difficult to understand. You do not get any written detail instructions so if you don’t understand the pictures, you are screwed. The pieces are not aligned. The holes are to small. The screws are to big. I have to force the screws in the holes. The back part isn’t alined together that one screw hole is more down than the other hole. Very cheaply made. It can bend easily. I was trying to install it with my mother, I couldn’t even screw the screw in because you need muscle, warning if you don’t have an electric, screw gun that is thin to get into the edges or corners where the screw hole is located, you can’t screw it in. They give you a thin cheap screw tool, that doesn’t do the job. I had to look for a screw tool that was better to grip the handle tool just to get it to turn and screw. Big fat handle screw tool will not work. You basically have to have the THINNEST OF HANDS and tiny toddler fingers to position oneself to put the screw in the hole and sit in an odd position, and be extra flexible to fit some how to screw the screw in. You have to make a hole at some points. I can’t screw in the screw all the way down you need a big strong man, with extra thin tooth pick size hands that you can bend. I gave up at the end and asked my sister for help. I couldn’t put the legs in I didn’t understand the picture. I also didn’t understand the bottom part. My sister came in and had to make screw holes or make them bigger. She needed a screw gun drill bit. She had to wear safety glasses which she could not find. When she washed her face, she had thin screw shavings (metal shavings) on her face and we didn’t want them to fall to the carpet and get in our feet. If you are gonna get this you need protective eye wear because you will be doing the holes again. We are in the third day of trying to finish this and we are not even half way done. This is supposed to be fast and be done installing this in a day but sadly we are in the third day. It is very frustrating the worse installing process i ever went through. I might return it if we continue to have issues. I downloaded a video so you can better understand what I am saying. Who ever was in charge of finding the screws or choosing the screw tool didn’t do a good job. Buyers be aware.
