Practical trampoline, usable, good quality
Size: 10FT Color: Black
Very good trampoline. It arrived earlier than expected, all the pieces came complete and the instructions were easy to follow. The structure feels resistant and safe, the protective mesh is well designed and provides peace of mind when used. The children have enjoyed it very much and it also supports adults perfectly. The value for money is excellent and it looks very well installed in the patio. ... show more

Nice trampoline. Excellent customer service from seller.
Size: 14FT Color: Black
It’s a trampoline. It works like a trampoline, but leaving 5 star review due to positive customer service interaction. I had the trampoline for only a short time and realized 1 leg was bending on either side. Bent so much it couldn’t be used without risking bending the other legs. I reviewed the description and realized it came with a 2 year warranty. I messaged the seller and let them know about the issue, they responded quickly, confirmed the parts I needed and shipped me new parts, no questions asked. I received the parts quickly, few days maybe about a week or so, but quick enough. 5 stars for excellent customer service. ... show more

10 out of 10!
Size: 10FT Color: Black
We couldn’t be happier with this trampoline! The setup was straightforward, and all the parts felt sturdy and well-made. Once assembled, it felt very secure—no wobbling or cheap materials like some others we’ve tried. The bounce is fantastic—firm but still has great lift—and the safety net gives peace of mind, especially with kids using it daily. It’s quickly become the favorite activity in our yard. Even after consistent use, it’s holding up great with no signs of wear. If you’re on the fence, this is definitely worth it. Great quality for the price! ... show more

Safety Net Does Not Fit & Frame Broke Immediately
Size: 14FT Color: Gray
Review Image by Mariana
Hello, I’m very disappointed with this trampoline. It was very expensive, and unfortunately it arrived with serious issues. The safety net/protection came too small and does not fit correctly on the trampoline, which makes it unsafe for children to use. On top of that, the side support broke the very first hour my children used it because the material is extremely fragile. I have young children, including a 3-year-old, and right now they cannot safely play on it because I’m afraid an accident could happen. As you can see in the photo, the trampoline is in terrible condition after almost no use. Because of my busy routine with the kids, I missed the return window, and now I also have no way to return it because I would need to hire someone to fully disassemble it for me, which would cost extra money I would really like to know what the company can do to help resolve this situation, because I’m honestly very upset and frustrated with the quality of this product. ... show more

I am absolutely thrilled with our new Mersco trampoline! Setting it up was surprisingly easy; the instructions were clear, and we had it ready for playtime in no time. It is the perfect size for our backyard, providing plenty of room for the kids to jump safely while still fitting nicely. They have been having so much fun playing on it every single day. It is sturdy, well-made, and truly the perfect addition to our home. Highly recommended for active families! ... show more

Attractive, trampoline, and easy to assemble!
Size: 14FT Color: Black
Delivery came a day early and set up was an ease. Pretty straightforward trampoline but really appreciate the quality of the structure. Not sure if the top padded area that covers the springs will last very long. It’s pretty basic material but other than that solid unit, especially for the price! Recommend 👍 ... show more

Metal Leg Broke Within 2 Months. Cheap Material?

(READ UPDATE BELOW) The trampoline came in 2-3 boxes in a reasonable amount of time. Assembly took some time but it was also fairly straightforward. (At one point during the assembly the entire trampoline was bowing in almost like a taco, which was very concerning, but that corrected itself once all the legs were installed and tightened.) Unfortunately, within 2 months, one of the legs completely broke (see photos). I have two boys that use the trampoline (9 at 71lbs and 12 and 92lbs) which is well under the maximum weight capacity. I'm giving this 1 star unless the manufacturer makes this right. I will try to get a replacement leg. If they don't cooperate, I cannot recommend this one at all. Stay tuned... UPDATE: I explained to theue customer service what had happened. After a few questions, they sent me replacement items immediately. Awesome job. Thank you!👏🏼💯 ... show more
