Haven't had these boots long enough to make an objective opinion but so far so good. Some boots have a "break in" period to go through but I didn't experience this, they were nice right out of the box. I've had them a couple of weeks and wear them to work. So far so good.

This boot is a quality boot and would be 5 star if it wasn't for the oversized tongue that pinches the top of your foot while wearing them. I read the reviews before I bought these and a couple of them did mention the tongue being an issue, but I looked past it having worn Merrell boots for hiking before. Merrell just added too much fabric in the tongue and gusset to where it will bruise the top of your foot if wearing these all day. For that reason alone I do not recommend these boots. ... show more

Have been wearing them 10 to 12 hours a day M-F for the last week or so and they are working out well. I am a Carpenter and the jobs vary from clean to trashed. Composite toe is an extreme must have. These are much lighter than I was expecting. So makes wearing them for long periods of time easier. The in sert or what ever you call it is crap. Throw it away and buy a more comfortable one with an arch support and gel pack heel. I found one set here on Amazon for a great price. Makes a big difference. Got these June 2022. So a little under a year ago. My first pair of non steel toe boots (composite toe) and also first pair of work boots advertised as lightweight. I was so skeptical about how they would hold up because they are half the weight as my usual style of work boots. Well I will be buying them again.
