Updating my initial, 2 star review to 5 stars. The bunkbeds were shipped in two separate boxes, only one of which reached us initially. Turned out that the second box (containing most of the bigger parts for the bed frames, etc.) was lost somewhere in shipping. I contacted the seller, who was extremely responsive - emailing the same day and calling me the following day to ask me if we still wanted the product, which we did. They then promptly shipped us another, replacement box with the missing parts, without any pushback whatsoever. We're extremely pleased with these bunk beds. I put them together with my six-year old grandson, and we had the beds fully constructed in just under four (4) hours. The instructions that came in the original box were excellent - all wooden parts were numbered, multiple different types of screws were separately bagged and numbered, and the directions and illustrations made it very clear which parts went with which screws, etc. I was also very impressed with the quality of the materials used in these beds. The bed frames and posts are solid wood construction, and the connection point between the upper and lower bunks (a solid metal pin, about 4 -5 inches in length) allows them to fit together tightly and with no side movement or swaying. We put the slide together in about 15 minutes, using the directions provided. Our two grandkids (6 year old for the top, 3 year old for the bottom) are delighted with their new beds and screamed with delight using the slide. The ladder was also very easy to put together, and it came with brackets to secure the ladder (top and bottom) to the beds, so there's no movement when the kids are climbing to the top bunk. (In another nice touch, the seller included stick-on rubber padding to put inside the ladder brackets to make the ladder snug to the bed frame while preventing the brackets from scratching the wood.) Overall, we think these bunk beds are a tremendous value, and I'm sorry that I initially blasted the sellers for the delivery issue. They've been great, and I would definitely buy products from them again in the future. ... show more

My kids love this but the connectors for the slide were damaged when i got it among other parts not working right. I made it work but have been trying to get replacement parts with no success. They do not honor their product after the warranty runs out and you cannot get replacement parts even if you want to buy them. ... show more

I’m glad that I had a furniture assembly guy put it together as there are many pieces. Two design flaw is (1) the slide is too steep for my 3 years old. (2) the ladder should had been 4 steps instead of 3. (3) if you purchased pillow top mattress, the upper bunk railing may be slightly too low for my comfort. It’s almost great. Let’s see if they have a solution for some of these problems ... show more

The design is adorable. Just like the picture. Got it for our two girls. Instructions were not always clear and we ran into a a few mislabeled pieces. Bed is a little wobbly for some reason.
