The bed is great , just like the pictures, I got a queen black one but I didn’t get all of it , missing the headboard and the 30 pcs slats. Still waiting to hear back from the manufacturer . Might have to wait another week for the missing pieces. Aside from that everything else was easy to assemble.

Did not come with side ottoman hinges , you have to basically lift the whole top section off the ottoman to access the storage area . Paying 1400$ I expected full assembly. It’s good quality for the price . But you will have to probably buy hinges separately !!!!!! Beware . Cause that part is not included . Only the foot end ottoman had built-in hinges. ... show more

The instructions are terrible but the bed is pretty simple to figure out. My bed came late but overall if I ignore the horrible customer service and the fact it was 3 days late I'll definitely give this bed 9.5 outta 10 the side storage should have a hinge to open and close.

The media could not be loaded. When the bed came the packaging was horrendous! The cardboard was ripped, it was dirty, and it was half open. The people who came to drop it off didn’t seem to care. When I saw the inside of the box the bed was so dirty and I saw two holes where the buttons were supposed to be. The bed has a nice and soft fabric and the compartments are good sized. When I put a mattress on top and laid down I heard cracking and I noticed it was the wood that supports the mattress underneath.
