The fig center was too dry and therefore, too hard. More or less flavorless & certainly not "Fruity." Usually, an indication of age (too old?). The chocolate was modeled, also an indication of age or exposure to heat. I am very disappointed.

This box was small but full of flavor. I love dark chocoate and in my country we eat figs that are more juicy, these were dry but perfect. They were dry. The size was small. Excellent candy, high quality, great gift. I first found these at a whole foods style co-op store, and loved them, happy to have found them online. A bit expensive, but aren't all great treats? Good gift item or a splurge treat.

I loved the flavors in the past but theis order, the presentation was medium and the package was damaged. Not only the cardboard but also the plastic container. Therefore, I assume it was exposed to unknown substances in shipping. The worst part is one cannot return the item because it is food.
