I would have given it 5 stars but it's a bit small. A regular fish spatula is much longer. I was removing a meatloaf from the pan and had to get out my regular fish spatula in order to remove it in one piece. It's great to cook with otherwise. I just wish it was a bit longer.

I bought two of these and so far they are holding up well to the heat and have not scratched any non-stick surfaces. They seems to collect well-done or burned food bits, but this is easy to remove.
