I ordered two for extra storage in my Office and I cannot believe the quality and size for the price. It took less than an hour to assemble, I was able to do it by myself, and everything lined up perfectly. It may seem off when putting the doors on, but once the back is on it is perfectly square. I love these SO much! I was a little hesitant to purchase since there weren’t any reviews, but the price was great for the size and I decided to give them a try. I am so pleasantly surprised. The entire cabinet is real wood. They took two people to assemble (I did most of the second one by myself but I’m not very experienced with a drill so I asked for help at the end). I had to drill one hole that was supposed to be pre-drilled and a few of the screws wouldn’t work without skipping one of the washers, but nothing major and it’s all very solid now that it’s built. Anyways, both of the cabinets are beautiful and I am really happy. I pushed them together to create one long tv console and they were straight and line up great. To make sure the doors lined up we added a small washer to the bottom of one door at the very end. My TV is 75 inches for reference. I was very shocked to see that I had received a used product. It did not have any instructions. The top corner was damaged. All the screws were stripped out and put in a ziplock baggie. The doors were advertised with magnetic closures but what we received was something totally different. Very disappointed! This was not a $99 piece of furniture! It was almost $300! I found it was easy to put together, took me about 1 1/2 hours. It would have been faster if I had help. I needed extra storage for platters, bowls, etc. . I also needed to fill a wall space off the kitchen and wanted something functional. What I really love is how it matches my kitchen cabinets, you'd almost think part of original cabinet purchase. Even the handles! One last thing, another review stated the doors might look a little off (not square) until you attach the back. I found that to be true. Poor quality, terrible instructions and poor customer service! My advice to you: find a different product from a different manufacturer. The assembly instructions are really bad but as an engineer, I was able to figure out most of it. The problems I have are: (1) missing pre-drilled holes and the instructions are so bad you cannot guess where the component should be attached; (2) pre-assembled fittings on the door components were bent and missing some screws and since these were not shown in the instructions, it took disassembling both sides to compare the good one to the bad one in order to figure out what was wrong with the bad side that did not fit; (3) bent screws in the package of screws provided. Note for number (2): this takes 4 people to assemble because you have to fit and secure four shaky parts together simultaneously so while figuring it out, the other 3 people have to wait. POOR customer service: They did respond immediately to my email. I asked a few very specific questions about the assembly instructions, providing the identification number from their assembly instructions with the specific step numbers and references. Instead of answering my questions, they told me they could not find my order (which should not have mattered). I had attached my invoice to the email along with the delivery information. The specific product was identified in that invoice. At the very least, they should have been able to answer my questions! I still have not heard back with that information. So now my options are, dismantle and return it OR use my skills to make it function. It is still within the return window. ... show more
