  • Thankful it’s just what I expected!
Ultimately I bought this based off the reviews. I will comment on a couple that made me second guess it. 1.) A few reviews said they cldnt zip the net closed all the way because of the ladder. The ladder isn’t the problem, the ladder just fits over the frame, has nothing to do with the net .... with ours it’s because the net is tightly fit. This is a good thing because one of my concerns with other tramps was the ‘floppy’ net. In my pic you can see that I’m able to get it closed (no kiddos can fall out) however my 7 year old struggles with it because you have to pull the sides together (kinda like a snug jacket or pants). The net is snug and I appreciate it. 2.) A review said they couldn’t get the basketball hoop to line up straight, that it leaned forward, they said they tried everything. I was concerned about that however PawPaw just followed the instructions and it’s perfect. He said to make sure you pay attention to the ‘spacers’ on it. A couple things I wish were different & advice: 1.) That the zipper lined up in the middle of the two beams, it’s cosmetic, but to me ... it matters. 2.) That the blue spring cover fit better. It’s kind of loose (not much but enough to annoy me). Also when you tie it to the posts it makes the layover part that’s supposed to cover the frame ‘bunch up’ and it doesn’t pull all the way over the frame. The net kind of helps with that though and you’ll have to pull it all the way down once the net is on. 3.) I absolutely advise wind stakes! I don’t understand why they don’t include them with the tramp. Super important! You can find them easily on Amazon. Buy them at the same time! I’ve seen many trampolines in fields after a storm! 4.) Definitely need AT LEAST two people. I would suggest 3-4 to make it go faster. 5.) When you’re at the part to put the black jumping part on with the springs. Do the ‘zero’ part in the instructions but then count holes on the frame. Like, we followed the instructions but were kind of stumped how we could be sure it was even. We counted 10 holes from the zero points and added a spring every 10 holes. Just count, you’ll see. I hope this review helps :). P.S. My son picked this one out after he saved up his money. Then I double checked and crossed referenced a lot of tramps! I would suggest this one out of the others I looked at. Good luck :) ... show more

  • Great way to get kids up and moving! BUT... falling apart quickly (updated review)
My 11 y.o. asked for a trampoline for Christmas 2019, and he specifically wanted one with a basketball hoop. I did my research and searched around (locally at the big sporting good stores and online). I settled on this one based on reviews and the maximum weight recommendations (as my kids are older, 11 & 15). THEY LOVE IT! And the timing - right before being quarantined at home- couldn't have been better. It's great for brain-breaks from e-learning, and they will even leave their gaming console to go out and jump around for awhile. My baller has dunked a few too many times though, and the poles are not sturdy enough for that type of play. The owner's manual does, in fact, state up front NO DUNKING. Take it seriously! My boys didn't, and our pole bent over time and eventually broke. HOWEVER, the manufacturer was very responsive and supplied the replacement parts very promptly, and we're back in business. ADDENDUM: We have now had this trampoline for just over 8 months. I have 2 boys but mostly only the younger one uses it (he's just over 100 lb/ 45kg. Last night I was out in the yard and noticed 2 springs on the ground under the trampoline. Then I took a closer look and found that the net was jumping pad is pulling away from the frame and several of the metal rings are coming apart (see photos). This is very unsafe and could come apart while they're jumping. I am more than disappointed. I'd picked this particular model because it had a higher weight rating, and I thought it would serve my tween/teen boys for at least a couple of years! ... show more

  • Kids love it
The trampoline arrives in two heavy boxes. First clue that it is heavy duty. My son in law constructed the trampoline and he said it is very well built and it is capable of holding several people at one time. The trampoline is very spacious and the netting around it is tough enough to keep jumpers safe. All in all by his assessment it was the right choice and a good price point ... show more
