When I had a small issue arise with my middle suitcase, I alerted the company directly over the Amazon Messaging system. In my first use with the 24" suitcase ONLY, the internal zipper broke and was not repairable. My larger suitcase and my carryon, conversely, worked perfectly. When I made the company aware of the issue with the 24" suitcase, I sent photos via Amazon Photos with the company directly (using the album sharing feature on Amazon Photos) for proof of the defective issue. Within days of seeing the photos, they confirmed that they sent what I thought would be the only item (the 24" suitcase, since the other two worked exactly as expected) as a new replacement. When the item arrived, the box appeared bigger than just the 24" inch middle sized suitcase. When I unwrapped it, I was surprised and delighted to find that they sent me an ENTIRE REPLACEMENT SET! Wow! I was amazed to see such an extra mile effort, as I only expected one suitcase as a replacement item. Merax definitely stood behind the promise of replacement and then some! I was thrilled to have more luggage without need of a return nor any return shipping. Nothing at all out of pocket and three new pieces to go with my remaining two suitcases! I gifted the defective item to Goodwill and was happy to write them about their amazing customer service moment. I would definitely highly recommend Merax Luggage to anyone. It is very refreshing to find a company with a brand promise like this when a customer raises an issue! Well done to the entire team at Merax. NOTE: I have since referred this company to others who have themselves also ordered their own set of three Merax luggage and none of their items had any defective zippers or issues whatsoever. The luggage itself seems durable enough for what I paid for it. The only negative I can see is the extendable handles feel exceptionally flimsy especially in comparison to how durable the rest of it seems.

The color is vibrant ans luggage was easily seen at checking. TDA lock was easy to set with no issues. I over packed for our cruise and was worried if my clothes, shoes, beach bag, makeup case, packing cubes, and jewelry would fit. Yup it all did. I totally forgot about the extended zipper on here but didn't e en have to use it. Rolled right through customs and on ship carpet with no issues. This was great value and great purchase for me!

It's great my second set! But I will say that the first set is more durable than this set! I will recommend it. I didn't give it five stars because this set is cheaply made on the inside.

So happy with this purchase. I was very eager to update my luggage to a hard shell spinner and I am so happy I went with this set. Not only are they lightweight and sturdy but very spacious and easy to maneuver. It comes in a set of 3 which is very convenient for different types of trips. The only thing that disappointed me from the luggage I picked was the light blue color is not as pictured on the site. I picked this one thinking it was gonna be more of a baby blue color but as you see in the picture is more of a light grayish/metalic blue when I received it. I would've preferred the baby blue color but this is not bad. Its neutral color for both men and women and matches with any other carry on you decide to bring along so it was a great purchase. And for the price... $95 for 3 suitcases? You won't find a better deal. I went to my local Ross to compare prices and one spinner luggage can cost you $79 at the very least for a decently sized one and not even a nice color. So don't hesitate on buying if you need it.

We had this product for better than a year and barely used it. On one trip, the wheel on the largest broke (the entire plastic surrounding the wheel tore completely). My expectation was that we'd have to buy a new one since it had been over a year. They considered the problem a warranty issue and sent a replacement. I don't know if the issue was a warranty issue or if the issue was that the airlines were too hard on the suitcase. What I do know is that they stood behind the product and made the support super easy. They sent the replacement within about a week of the customer service call. No extra cost to me. Rock on!
