I bought this set for an International Trip and the larger piece had an issue where the handle came off mid trip in Ireland and I had to remove the screws that it was attached with so I could safely us it to get on the flight home. I emailed the Company with pictures of the problem and they were wonderful to deal with. They replaced the whole set and everything went smoothly. They stand behind their product and I really don’t think as a Consumer you can ask for more than that in today’s world.
