I have purchased two of these units. The first install was easy and went perfect, and it blows very cold on the hottest days. The second was damaged in shipping. This is the fault of fedex, not the seller. But the seller bent over backwards to make it right and help me out. The units were purchased for a non profit that works with youth and were paid for by donations, and donations are very slim these days. So thank you. Installation is very straight forward. Inside unit comes purged and sealed to keep out contamination. Everything is included. If you have 110V you are ready to go. Outside unit is precharged and ready to install. Both inside and outside units look good with good build quality and materials. Solder on copper tubing is well done. Dust caps are all metal, no plastic. Pulls moisture out of the air better than any other type of system. I am an engineer and I highly recommend.

My husband had a little trouble installing this because the instructions were not in English and his US tools didn't quite work on some of the parts. My husband is a professional HVAC tech and it took him about 8hrs to install. So far we've had it about a week in our newly spray insulated garage and I sit in the garage to escape the heat of the house 🤣 I WILL update this post when we run into issues or it dies. But for now we LOVE it!

I've bought and Installed two of these units and they work well, with one exception. The side to side sweep does not appear ro work, although the up and down sweep works well. Nice strong fan to blast out the 12,000 BTUs.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Mini Split – Quiet, Efficient, and Easy to Install I couldn’t be happier with this EPTY 12,000 BTU Mini Split system. It does an outstanding job cooling and heating my space, and it’s surprisingly quiet while running. The inverter technology keeps the temperature consistent without constantly cycling on and off, which helps save energy and keeps the room comfortable. The pre-charged condenser made installation much easier than expected, and the 110V setup was perfect for my application. It quickly cools my large room and has no trouble maintaining the temperature even during hot Florida afternoons. The heating function works just as well on cooler nights. The unit looks modern, the remote is easy to use, and the overall build quality feels solid. For the price, the performance and efficiency are hard to beat. If you’re looking for a reliable mini split for a garage, workshop, addition, or living space up to around 750 sq. ft., I highly recommend this system. Great value, great performance, and exactly what I was looking for.

This was sent, but when we hooked it up it leaked free on we actually had HAVC repairman come out and look at it and was told just send it back. Boxed it up went to send it back with their approval and the price to send it back was almost as much as the price of the air conditioner so I guess I just lost. Do not buy from this seller if there's a problem you'll lose the money you spent.

I recently purchased this 12K BTU mini split AC for a rental unit, and I couldn’t be happier! The customer service was absolutely outstanding, so helpful and supportive whenever we needed assistance. The AC itself looks fantastic, with a sleek design that really elevates the space, and it cools down the area very quickly. We installed it ourselves as a DIY project. The instructions were easy to follow, and my husband and I were able to install three of them ourselves. We liked the product so much that we purchased four more for another property we have, and we’re planning to install those ourselves as well. I highly recommend both the product and the seller!

I have not tried to install this yet. It's kind of heavy. But if it works good in will buy another because my furnace is in the attic!! And it hard to get to. The part where the heat and air come out is kind of large also. I really think it will help with electric & gas bill. I will review after install. Probably need two people. It got here very fast packing was great.
