I was buying the large bags from the big box stores. I decide to do a price check on Amazon to compare. To my surprise I didn't know it came in several formulas. Well the price was the same as a local store however I was able to get Samon & Turkey which I was not aware existed. A big plus is I was able to buy it packed in smaller bags to keep it fresh. I was using a different brand but one of my cats had an allergy to one of the ingredients in it so I decided to try this one after checking the package and both my girls were happy with the change in food. I have three cats, two of them are very picky. I had bought numeous bags of different foods, from the gracery store as well as PetSmart and PetCo, trying to find one that these two along with the other less picky one, would all eat dry. I would up either donating them to the local shelter or giving them to my sister who feeds feral cats near her house. I was pleasantly surprised when this one worked for all of them. This particular variety is very hard to find locally, I have to travel 30 mins to a Food Lion that carries it when there's a store right here 5 minutes away in my town. I WANT my cat to eat better quality food. And I've tried so many more expensive brands. But my cat wouldn't eat any of the other foods. He lost so much weight i started to see his hips. Small bags would last months. He would even get bored with wet food and eat only a few ounces a day. This is literally the first thing I've seen him eat a full bowl of in a day.
