I ordered an XXL. I am 6' 250 lbs. I carry a lot of weight around my waist and belly. I ordered this suit after reading other reviews about the pants being huge. I figured that was an easy enough fix as they would need altered anyways. I'm a 38/30 in Golf Pants. My jeans are usually 38 regular because I conceal carry but I can fit a 36. I won't be carrying in this suit, but The pants stretched enough to fit my waist, meaning the pants could have been a little bigger but I am very happy with the legs as I wanted a slim look. I Will have to have some taken off the bottom. The jacket fits great, though I wish it had 2 buttons: the lapel fold doesn't hold the same on both sides, but I'm sure this can be fixed with some ironing. The material is exactly what I was expecting. I bought this for a suit to wear on our trip to Chicago for St. Pats, and though it's a blue suit, I can incorporate a green tie, skully cap, and pocket watch and we will be good. The vest is gonna work, but it's really short. It fits around my belly, but it will look like a bra after a little walking. Other than the vest, I'm really happy for the price. ... show more

The jacket fits perfectly for a Large. However, the paint will come with a 36 or 38 waist for a Large and very long; they may need hemming, and the vest is like a medium, I would have preferred the paints and vest to have been purchased for the size needed as I am 5'6 and my inseam id 28 make hemming these paints not that easy. I bought this outfit for a retro party. What I like- material is pretty good, price is excellent. People were impressed. The fit was pretty good, it ran a little long in the legs. I am 6’2” at 210 lbs and I ordered a large. What I didn’t like - I wore it for 1 night over 5 hours and I had a blowout at the crotch almost immediately. Fortunately, I was still home and was able to sew it up. The waist metal clip broke off about 2 hours into wearing the pants, again the zipper was strong enough to keep the pants together.
