I needed this last minute for my son who had a formal event and wasn’t aware it required a jacket. According to the size chart I would have ordered a large. He’s 6’2” and 190 lbs. Thanks to another reviewer who was around the same size o took their advise and sized up. Thank goodness because an XL was a good fit. It fit great in the body but the arms were a tad too long. It looked great, was a good black color (not too shiny) and didn’t wrinkle too bad. It was easy to steam to get the shipping wrinkles out. ... show more

I wasn’t expecting much from a cheap amazon blazer, but got a small and the overall fit was as expected. I’m 5’10” 150lbs, slim build. After trying it on I began noticing a few flaws you really don’t want on a men’s blazer. I had issues right away with the lightweight fabric and the lack of stiffness and overall limp structure of the jacket, made it look and feel more like a feminine jacket. The shoulder pads are way too big, and stick out too much, they divot inward, which is something you DON’T want in a jacket. I also found the jacket had weird puckers and folds running down the front which was a problem with construction and not it needing to be ironed. Now, these are small details 90% of guys probably won’t ever notice/care about. But if you’re planning on wearing this somewhere more important than say, a school dance, don’t get it. You definitely will NOT want to wear this for work, or networking with potential employers, and instead get something with more structure. I did think the overall length was spot on and not too long like traditional and dated looking jackets, but just right. The jacket wasn’t ripped from anywhere I could see, and the lining was well done with a cool red detail around the edges. Overall an OK cheap jacket for a young person that’s going to use it for one night and no one will notice the flaws in it, but if you’ll use it regularly or want a trusted jacket to have whenever an event arises requiring one, get something just a little better, H&M is probably better but twice the cost. ... show more

Bought for my son. We ended up returning because it was too big. We ordered a size up because review said it runs small. My son is pretty slim, he wears a 36R in suit jackets. He wears a men small mostly but sometimes a medium. The material seemed good and would have been a great look if it was smaller. I am a southerner of the USA. 170lbs, 5 foot 10 inches tall, moderately muscular (broad chest). I ordered a large assuming they might be poor on sizing, but I was wrong. Either way though, it was a bargain for a party blazer and allows me to look appropriate without worrying about getting stains on the outfit. I typically buy medium sized t-shirts for a comfortable fit, not tight, not loose. With this in mind, I just assumed I should go for a large to make sure I could actually fit the blazer. To my surprise, it was a bit big which means they got the American sizing right. If you are a full-on gym rat, the arms might be tight on you, but I had no issues. The arms were just longer than I needed since I bought a large instead of the medium I should've ordered. NOTE: This is a single split blazer so there is some string to remove from the back of the tail to allow it to split. TLDR- You can likely buy the size you have labeled on your shirts in your closet and be fine with the size. Very good pricing and unless you are surrounded by people who work high-end retail no one will notice it as anything other than a black blazer. It just works. ... show more
