It will not do the day and date no matter what I do, or when I do it. Every day, every single day I have to change it and make sure it is on the first or second sunday. Some days have two dates and two times. I hate the damn thing!

I have always purchased day/ date watches as I need to know the day of the week and the date. This watch is exactly my preference as the face is pure white with gold hour, minute and second hands. It looks very expensive, but it is my every day watch and the price is minimal. I have only had this watch for about a week, but I have received many compliments thus far. Several of my friends have stated that they will be ordering an identical watch to mine as they like it so much. My only hpoe is that the watch performs well for a long period, but that remains to be known. The watch has a nice look to it but this is where it stops. They band is cheat so it wears out quickly. it looses time and must be adjusted every three days or so. I mean you get what you pay for, just don't expect this to be at the high end of quality even for the price.

I bought this due its resemblance to a Tissot Visodate automatic that I have in stainless steel with silver dial. As I was searching for a gold version, I stumbled upon this item. I received this today, and it is quite good. The SUN for Sunday in the datewheel is red. Oddly enough, the hour markers have lume as well as the hands. The lume on the hour markers look like little stars going around the dial. It only took a rather brief exposure to a lightbulb to charge them up, and they do stay lit for longer than you would expect. I am unusually pleased with this watch.
