I received my order earlier today. Just set it up, and it is still filling with air. But it seems to be almost done. I love it so much. Trust me when I say, I love it. I have spent far too much money on other mattresses recently. Each bedroom in my house has a new mattress and none were to my full satisfaction. Sure, they are comfortable, but not completely what I was hoping for. My intent was not to purchase so many beds, but I just couldn't find the right one for me, and each bed became a guest bed. Recently, while on vacation, i actually fell in love with a bed I slept on at a hotel chain. The hotel offered these beds and pillows for sale on line. After I discovered they were not in my budget, I kept looking. Many many hundreds of dollars later, and the final bedroom in the house, I took a chance. I found this bed on Amazon. Half the price of the other 2 beds I purchased. I figured, price was right go for it. Whats left to lose? Wow! I found my bed. This is MY perfect bed. I have serious back and arthritis issues. When a bed is uncomfortable, it makes my symptoms worse. Oh my goodness, I tested this bed out like a child in a furniture store. I practically cried. Every curve in my back, from cervical to my lumbar, is supported evenly and comfortably. I seriously got tears in my eyes from joy. Even the pillows included didn't look like they would be to comfortable. Kind of on the flat side. Oh my, they are what I have been praying for. I plan on purchasing more. For me, this is my absolute favorite bed ever. Firm but somehow forms to the body with a soft cushiony cover. Tonight I will sleep in the guest room, on this bed. Perfect Bed in a bag. I bought the 14 inch version and it has been just fantastic! Unpacked and within a day it was perfect . I got the plush medium medium version and all I can say is that when you lay on this bed it is absolutely luxurious in feel , not too soft and not to hard. I have Temperpedic cloud breeze pillow and the combination of the two make for a great night sleep. I have a sterns and foster that I paid $2300 for and simply this mattress is more comfy. For the price---you really could not do better. Here are my PROs and CONs Pro-Value for the money, two sided, can mix firmness from side to side. I did the medium firmness on both sides-VERY soft which I really like, molds to your body, came packaged nicely, within 12 hours was at full size. No Smell. CON-No support around the sides....NONE. When sitting, it's almost "too soft". You sink pretty far down. Overall I would recommend this bed. ... show more

The Quality of the mattress itself seems quite good with nice handles on the side. If you like a firmer mattress but not too firm, medium firm is just too soft. If you had a heavy object (i.e. bowling ball), it would sink completely in and be locked in place. Maybe the Firm would be enough to not be trapped by the mattress? - no idea. Even after 4 days, the free pillows never inflated - they are tiny rumpled postage stamps so do not count on them for comfort either. Unfortunately, UPS never marked this as delivered so Amazon will not issue a return label nor can I exchange it until it shows delivered. UPS did a number on the box, also, which isn't surprising due to the weight (70lbs) so bear that in mind if you think you could want to return this mattress. The short story is that the mattress seems nice but the hassles presented by ordering online are not worth it. So If the system ever registers that I got this mattress I will start the return process, get a refund and buy locally so I can move out of my guest room and back to my own room. ... show more

I am giving this rating until I am able to use the product. However I purchased this because it says in the heading "Made in the USA" The box clearly says made in SERBIA. If this is an issue for you, be aware. The mattress also came with no instructions. Updated review. The origin of the product notwithstanding, the matress is extremely comfortable. I purchased a new mattress as I was experiencing hip pain when waking in the morning and attributed it to an older mattress. Since I have been sleeping on this one, I have experienced no discomfort and really have had very restful nights. I was hesitant to purchase a mattress online, but the return policy on this one made me willing to try it. Needless to say, I will not be returning it. I am quite pleased with the product. As a note, the company did contact me in response to the original review. It was not a robo reply, so that is also a plus. ... show more
