I’m so impressed with this play set! When I opened it I thought it was going to take a couple hours to fluff up due to it being vacuum sealed but it took less than 10 minutes! It’s great quality and you definitely get what you pay for. It’s pretty big and takes a lot of space. But it can also easily be stored. I like how there’s many ways you can assemble it! The material is so soft and firm, no weird/chemical smells either. It is not flimsy. I even laid on it and it didn't even make an indent, and that’s saying a lot! (Because I’m heavy). My daughter loved it so much! She kept laying on it and throwing herself on it. I’m so happy with this purchase and it’s making me buy another one!! ... show more

Like many others mentioned, some of the foam pieces didn’t expand right away. One large piece and the two triangles fluffed up within about 10 minutes, but the other three stayed completely flat. After reading the reviews, I tried the hairdryer trick and it worked! It took about 45 minutes total, holding the hairdryer about ¼ inch from the foam (moving it quickly to not burn it) to really heat it up. You can also pull and bend the foam while heating to help it expand (it feels like it might tear, but it doesn’t, it helps it expand). Once that was done, everything looked perfect. The couch is exactly as pictured, and my daughter is so happy with it! As others have mentioned, one of the large base pieces is a little thinner than the other, but if you look closely at the manufacturer’s image, you can actually see that’s how they designed it. They layer the thinner piece across both seats as the top cushion so it looks even when set up correctly. We got the Glow Unicorns fabric, and it’s absolutely adorable. Overall, I’d give it 4 stars just because of the extra work to get all the pieces fully expanded—but once that’s done, it’s a total hit! ... show more

This is a great option for a play couch for small children. It is super easy to assemble, you just have to wait for the pieces to fully expand and then you can place them together however you like. I have had this couch for almost 6 months now, and have had zero issues with the quality of this couch and it gets well-used by my children. The covers can easily be zipped off and washed if needed. First off, I don’t think I’ve ever written a bad review. This would be the first 🙃 I really wanted to love this item. I got it for my kids for Christmas. It came in a small box, obviously was vacuum sealed and I did not open it right away… because it was for Christmas. My kids are little so my plan was to set it up Christmas Eve and they could just come in the living room to it set up. So, that’s what I did. The manufacturer provides a letter opener to use so you make sure to not damage it during the unpacking process.. that was nifty! However, once I opened it, there were 2 tears in the fabric, at the seams, near the zipper. Now, don’t come at me. I understand that things can happen during manufacturing and little issues can be missed. I contacted Amazon, and they said my only option was to send it back. How am I suppose to send it back? It was vacuum sealed to literally 1/6 of the size that it is now. I asked for contact of the manufacturer, I would just like replacement covers. That’s all. Ya know… covers that DONT have holes in them. So I contacted the manufacturer.. and crickets. No email back. ... show more

Cute couch but a bit deformed even after 6 days. I used a hairdryer to finish helping the foam expand. One side came out great but the other is smaller. The kids don't mind though.
