EUREKA!! THIS! I have tried every sleeve in the market to deal with my wiggly jiggly upper arms. I can FINALLY now enjoy all the short sleeve summer dresses and blouses to my hearts content. So well made. There aren’t any seams to straighten out. I wish this came in more colors. Purchased the black and now bought the nude. I wear 2x and bought size Q2. It’s a little pricey, but it’s made so well and makes my arm look NORMAL. SO worth it for our self confidence!!!!

I really wanted to like this. I had an arm lift surgery and this would’ve been perfect but it’s too tight in my armpits. If anybody has had the surgery, they know there’s suture line right down the middle of your armpit so this is not feel good. I’m gonna try to get a bigger size and see if that helps, then again I might just get a whole shirt instead

I tried two different sizes and sadly will be returning both. I am petite and slim but have never liked my arms above my elbows :) (most women my height and weight, and many women much chubbier overall than me, have slimmer upper arms). I have some wiggle there, and they're thicker than I'd like. I just wanted to find something to slim and smooth them under tight-fitting stretchy turtlenecks, light sweaters, etc., much like good firm thigh-slimmers do under sleek pants. These would be good except that they are intolerably uncomfortable around the armpits. The smallest size offered is barely compressive enough to actually do anything for my arms, yet the area that comes in around the armpits and shoulder bunches up into a thick wad of tight fabric and cuts into me so that after wearing for a few hours, I have red marks around the front of my armpits and am very uncomfortable. I think the overall cut of these is smart & less apt to be obvious under clothing than other styles of arm-slimmers I tried, but they need to be cut more out towards the shoulder and less in towards the breasts or something in that area. Like a wider boatneck effect. But not sure if they would slide off the shoulder altogether in that case. Anyway, I think I've given up. Probably will just buy a 2/3-sleeve Spanx-on-top or something.

After reading through the reviews for this product prior to purchasing, I was quite dreadful I'd be stuffed up in the thing like a Bratwurst sausage if I'd dared to order anything under a Large. I was even going with the XL initially for fear of arm amputation or worse with all the talk of ill-sizing, seams, and sacrificial blood circulation. And it sounded like the battle would still not be won if I did get in it since I would probably need to hail Mary and a couple of the angels to get out of it. However, I took a leap of faith & changed the XL to L at the last minute and am so glad I did. -(*Whew!* is the sound of me dodging the bullet of Big Arms Meet Saggy Shaper)- Moving right along... The fit is perfect, the fabric's ultra comfy, and I don't look like I've escaped from anyone's Funny Farm which is a good thing because I'm not much into straight jacket fashion myself.. You can do absolutely anything with your arms that you could do before. The movement is not restrictive. The only thing you can NOT do with these shaper sleeves is turn into the model in the picture. Nor should you want to. I will even venture to say that the Medium wouldn't have been too shabby to have ordered. -SHOCKER!!!- I had already resigned myself to total traumatization and failure if I had even LOOKED at the 'M' & told myself that it would be my own fault. But I'm happy to report that I'm perfectly fine and have no missing or mutilated body parts. I normally wear a M-L (because I'm kinda breasty *not a word*). I ordered the Large and have lived to tell the tale. So order in peace, Dear People. Order in peace. One more thing..I'm not discrediting those of you who have had adverse experiences. It's possible that the seller was receiving defective items from a bad supplier at a time unbeknownst to them and has since kicked said supplier to the curb and now has an honest one who knows the difference between a Medium & an XL. All I know is that AT THIS PRESENT MOMENT, and FROM THIS PRESENT SELLER -> (AsWeChange) the sizing is refreshingly pretty accurate, the quality is superb, and no "Hail Mary's" were needed in the operation of this garment (simply pull from the bottom of the sleeve one arm at a time)! Happy Arm Slimming!

I typically where a medium and order a large based on other reviews. The large was too big. Didn't exchange for a smaller size, because the material was way too heavy - it's summer now in Houston and too hot for these. I really liked the brand and will probably by more MeMoi things in the future. The back of the box has a sizing chart that would have been very helpful had the sellers put that on Amazon. I at least would have order the correct size from the beginning.
