This is exactly what I needed as a post-op compression garment for my upper arms. I find it to be soft, well-fitting, and completely invisible under clothes (especially the nude color). It is a medium weight and would probably be hot in the middle of summer but is perfect for my timing (September) and the material feels good and cool against my skin - as opposed to some of the materials that are rough and tend to trap heat. It is a little long in the arms but I'm 5'3" so I'm very used to that - and the stretchy material allows you to pull it up a little further to reduce the length. If it were summer I would have probably cut the last 4 or so inches off of the sleeve but since I'll be mostly wearing it under office attire and long sleeves, it hasn't been a problem at all. For me it is very comfortable but if you have any incisions in the underarm area, that's exactly where it sits so it will probably be really uncomfortable unless you put some padding under your arms. It also has somewhat prominent seams that may bother some people but they are soft and so far not a problem for me. However, if they start to bug me, it can easily be worn inside out so the seams don't have contact with incisions or bruised skin. For me, it is snug without being tight (I ordered L/ XL bc I have large arms for my size) - which is super important because the really tight stuff can cut off circulation and make the healing process so much more painful than it has to be. There are many similar items on the market and they all have pros and cons... but I'm super sensitive to itchy material (which is a problem with many of them) so, for me, this was a no brainer. I highly recommend.

After reading through the reviews for this product prior to purchasing, I was quite dreadful I'd be stuffed up in the thing like a Bratwurst sausage if I'd dared to order anything under a Large. I was even going with the XL initially for fear of arm amputation or worse with all the talk of ill-sizing, seams, and sacrificial blood circulation. And it sounded like the battle would still not be won if I did get in it since I would probably need to hail Mary and a couple of the angels to get out of it. However, I took a leap of faith & changed the XL to L at the last minute and am so glad I did. -(*Whew!* is the sound of me dodging the bullet of Big Arms Meet Saggy Shaper)- Moving right along... The fit is perfect, the fabric's ultra comfy, and I don't look like I've escaped from anyone's Funny Farm which is a good thing because I'm not much into straight jacket fashion myself.. You can do absolutely anything with your arms that you could do before. The movement is not restrictive. The only thing you can NOT do with these shaper sleeves is turn into the model in the picture. Nor should you want to. I will even venture to say that the Medium wouldn't have been too shabby to have ordered. -SHOCKER!!!- I had already resigned myself to total traumatization and failure if I had even LOOKED at the 'M' & told myself that it would be my own fault. But I'm happy to report that I'm perfectly fine and have no missing or mutilated body parts. I normally wear a M-L (because I'm kinda breasty *not a word*). I ordered the Large and have lived to tell the tale. So order in peace, Dear People. Order in peace. One more thing..I'm not discrediting those of you who have had adverse experiences. It's possible that the seller was receiving defective items from a bad supplier at a time unbeknownst to them and has since kicked said supplier to the curb and now has an honest one who knows the difference between a Medium & an XL. All I know is that AT THIS PRESENT MOMENT, and FROM THIS PRESENT SELLER -> (AsWeChange) the sizing is refreshingly pretty accurate, the quality is superb, and no "Hail Mary's" were needed in the operation of this garment (simply pull from the bottom of the sleeve one arm at a time)! Happy Arm Slimming!

It's not bad. It looks like a reasonable clothing material and if I put a t-shirt over it, it's really quite cute. Unfortunately while the material is breathable and the compression is excellent (highly important as I'm using it for post surgical pain management while healing) by the end of the day I have a deep long red groove up the length of my arm from the seam and what's worse is that the way it's designed leaves what is basically an unnecessarily sharp edge of fabric digging into my armpit and chafing against the skin when I move. I spend the entire day adjusting it so it doesn't do too much damage (I look extremely classy tugging at my armpits in the office too I'm sure) and by the end of the day the pain I'm dealing with is from the raw chafing bits under my arms... I still use it from time to time, but that particular design feature is a bit sadistic.

This is a great product, I went from 23in to 18in. I have had the bariatric sleeve and lost over 100lbs this product helps keep my skin up and out of the way. I ordered a Q2 when I opened the box it looked super small but it fit great! The material is a little thick causing me to get hot quickly and I would prefer it be 3/4 sleeve instead of a full sleeve which is why I gave it a 4 star. It still beats 6-9k for arm surgery.

So far so good. After reading reviews on this I was very hesitant on what size to get. Everyone was explaining to size down or size up. I have chubby arms my whole life and eventually I decided on a size small. I am 5"3 and 125ibs or so. I've had the product a couple days. So far I can see some issues but they out weigh the good in my opinion.I'm glad that I didn't buy many sizes to get the desired compression. The sleeves do roll into the arm pit and become kind of uncomfortable. I don't have any rolls that develop but none the less still a small price to pay for confidence! Second problem is cellulite. Any compression material (even leggings!) will cause the appearance of cellulite. So this isn't really a complaint directed toward this product but just common sense. I recommend to begin dry brushing to increase circulation in your arms to strengthen the skin and blood cells to prevent any issues that could come from using compression. I've used other arm compression material that we're actually tighter but we're not full around the back and I believe this will Make this product successful. I will do an updated review when I start seeing results :)

I had weight loss surgery, and have extra skin. I was looking for something I could wear under t-shirts, and this is perfect. My bicep measures about 16 inches when I pull the tape tight, and I ordered size Q2. When I first put it on, I thought it wasn't going to fit, but once I put my other arm in, it helped pull the sleeves up to my armpits with plenty of stretch. I wore it for 6 hours yesterday, and didn't have any chaffing, or lose circulation in my hands. I did feel a little tension in my upper back and neck, but I think it may be because it is helping with my posture by keeping my shoulders back. Will definitely buy again.

The product itself seems to be high quality but this is not for people who want significant slimming. When I ordered this, I expected the slimming effect to be similar to that of spanx but it is much more mild. I am not overweight, but my arms are much larger in proportion to the rest of my body. I ordered a size small and it barely slims my arms at all. I am highly disappointed.

I tried two different sizes and sadly will be returning both. I am petite and slim but have never liked my arms above my elbows :) (most women my height and weight, and many women much chubbier overall than me, have slimmer upper arms). I have some wiggle there, and they're thicker than I'd like. I just wanted to find something to slim and smooth them under tight-fitting stretchy turtlenecks, light sweaters, etc., much like good firm thigh-slimmers do under sleek pants. These would be good except that they are intolerably uncomfortable around the armpits. The smallest size offered is barely compressive enough to actually do anything for my arms, yet the area that comes in around the armpits and shoulder bunches up into a thick wad of tight fabric and cuts into me so that after wearing for a few hours, I have red marks around the front of my armpits and am very uncomfortable. I think the overall cut of these is smart & less apt to be obvious under clothing than other styles of arm-slimmers I tried, but they need to be cut more out towards the shoulder and less in towards the breasts or something in that area. Like a wider boatneck effect. But not sure if they would slide off the shoulder altogether in that case. Anyway, I think I've given up. Probably will just buy a 2/3-sleeve Spanx-on-top or something.
