I have owned two of these drills. Both became unusable within two to three months. Before that I did really like the drill. The central barrel that is used to lock and unlock the drill bits became impossible to rotate so I could not use the drill. I contacted their customer service for the 2nd one as it is still under warranty. I submitted a video. When I did not get a response I resent the video and order info. They said they already sent a replacement to someone other than me. They gave me the other persons name and contact info! And it clearly was not me. When I explained they sent it to another customer they just blew me off completely and now will not respond to my emails. It’s like they do not want to admit they made a mistake at my expense of course.

As a nail artist, I find it very useful. The quality is very good for the price. The only inconvenient thing is that I have to press and hold the power switch (for about 3-4 seconds) to turn it on, which is a bit inconvenient, so I feel a bit frustrated when I'm busy. Since I have to turn the end to increase the speed anyway, it would have been better if it was made so that it turns on and connects right away by turning the power switch itself. And since there is no cord, the battery capacity is small, so it's inconvenient to have to charge it often.... I'm taking off one star. Still, I'm very satisfied with the design and performance of the product.

The media could not be loaded. Great mobile drill kit. Lock-in bit. Med weight. C charging port. Back and forth button. Very high power. Long battery life. No vibration. This one checks all the boxes on an excellent drill for any manicurist, home or pro. Note: Lock in bits, instead of push in bits are better because you can adjust the amount of distance the bit sticks out. I like to have my bit very close to the drill. It is also more stable locked in. The only thing I don’t like is the regular drill bits stick out too far as seen in video. This drill comes with short 1 1/2” bits which you can’t find to buy anywhere. Your regular size 1 3/4” bits will not sit close to the drill tip.

I bought the drill in August and it’s only December I didn’t have it that long to last. The battery does last long because sometimes I forget to turn it off and it’s still on 1&2 bars but now it dies and I would try to charge it over night and won’t turn on anymore.

I bought this is October. It has never worked well since I got it. It only holds a charge for approx 30 minutes. It changes direction with me not doing anything, this is dangerous. I've used this item 5-7 times only. It doesn't work at all now, will not charge, will not power on. I reached out to the seller in April 2025 and they demand a video of the item not working. Of the item not working. There are better brands on amazon to buy. I will never buy Melodysusie again. Cheap junk

I have another nail drill but it’s a plug in same brand I loved it had it for maybe about 4yrs already and I wanted to just have another one just to be mobile with. And I love this one it’s light weight not loud very quite runs smooth. Over all really good it’s good brand especially for someone who’s a beginner a doesn’t want to spend to much on a nail drill. Definitely work the price and purchase
