My Melody Susie e-file drill bit order arrived on time, and well packaged. I was impressed with how great quality it is and love the secure storage case it comes with to keep it from any damage when not in use. The drill bit fits securely in my e-file and also delivers fantastic results that I was hoping for. When used as instructed, it doesn't cause any discomfort or burn my skin when used to clean around my nails. Cleans easily and stays sharp even after repeated use. I've had my drill bit for several months now, use it weekly, and it's still just as good as the first use. I highly recommend Melody Suzie drill bits and other products as I know personally that everything is great quality and has exceeded my expectations. My daughter is just learning and this bit is easy to use and helps her clean up her edges to get a more professional look. The bit fits in my drill as Weill as hers. I really liked the grit on the bit, smooth enough to not hurt but coarse enough to get the cuticle out. Downside was, it was too sharp at the top for me. It might've been the way I used it, but it was so sharp I nipped myself twice even at my E-File's lowest setting. It was as sharp or even sharper than a toothpick. I'm sure you might be able to get more out of it if you're more experienced, but it definitely requires a certain level of skill to use safely. I had to return it because I just couldn't use it safely on myself.

Those are great for cuticle clean up. But not for gel clean up around the cuticle. The head of this one is tiny so it gets the corners very well.
